  14. I got this problem, too. As far as I know is this a known bug.
  15. this is propably the reason, which is the last message before the crash: [WARN] Invalid vehicle or ped data for LocalPatrol rename mods folder to _mods

  18. attach your RagePluginHook.log after the crash occures, because in your file is no log

  20. can you start gta on its own and can you play? do you have the newest gta version and lspdfr version? ELS cannot work with the newest version since you need scripthookV, which is currently being updated. nearly all plugins need to be updated because of the new patch.
  21. You are using the latest LSPDFR version, which is made for the newest GTA version, which you do not have. Your combo doesnt work. If you have the old lspfr version, you can install that, but on the website its not downloadable anymore. otherwise (and supported), update your gta to the newest version, update rph too.

  23. from what i can see you do not have scritphookv in your folder, thats good. you do not have a mods folder or do you install your custom vehicles and mods without a mods folder?
