    i need help when i go to transfer my eupMenu to my main gta folder it doesn't transfer to the plugin folder i dont see the eupmenu dll ether can anyone help me with this i have everything in the required and i also have installed EUP LO & SR

    hi all im new to Lspdfr and i want to get the eup mod i have installed the eup LO and SR but when i go to transfer the eup menu for the winRAR the folder wont go to the pluggin folder in the main directory i don't know what to do ive been at this for almost 3hr can someone pleases help me
