    NVE interferes with how RAGE loads. You need to boot normal GTA, then 15 seconds later launch RAGE. Alternatively, you can use the .bat file included with NVE. Should be called like GTAV & RAGE Launch Fix.bat or something, and will be in your root GTAV folder.

    For me is the issue with ForceDuty a bit suspicious, Did you try playing LSPDFR without Plugins? Try to play Story Mode without RPH and load it once in the game

    Up and down are the arrows but i don't recommended to change it to W and S because that are your walk buttons.
