ok, go in your lspdfr.ini under GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini and set -> Main.PreloadAllModels = false <-

reinstall DirectX

probiere dsa automatische laden von lspdfr auszuschalten, gta mit rph zu starten und dann den Befehl "LoadPlugin LSPD First Response" einzugeben.

rename mods folder to _mods

I agree with ZakDev, you need to Install RageNativeUI from here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases it belongs in the main folder. If you install Grammar Police, RageNativeUI need to be updated again!

can you post a screenshot of that "too bright"? This is propably caused by an .asi software, thats loaded when scripthook is installed

can you post your rphlog again? its unavailable

From what i can read there, it says the software cannot be found. Are you sure you put your callouts.dll in GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR folder?

Mrsuperx13 do you also have a software to check for outdated plugins? ^^

my bug is sometimes the player arrrow in the minimap is next to the street even if i am in the middle of it. Alt + Enter solves the issue, which is the shortcut for Fullscreen/ windowed mode.

do you have that error with lspdfr & rph loaded or with gta vanilla?

This is a known bug. If you ever missing the lightbars all of a sudden not working, do the reinstalling and restarting.

If you create software, you should learn how to read logs, too. 😄 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\CompuLite\CourtCases.db'. is missing.

posting your ragepluginhook.log from the main gta directory would help. from this what you posted i only can say that ArrestManager causes the crash.

either you installed sth wrong (which i assume) or it is broken. rename mods folder to _mods to check if it comes from that.
