CalloutInterface is not working, because its missing IPT.common, which you install in the main directory. The plugins are loaded normally

can you post your ragepluginhook.log and your asiloader.log? which graphic card do you use? update the driver?

is there a way to test your problem without visual v installed?

rename your mods folder to _mods and try again💦

Do you have RadianceV installed (visualsettings)? Do you have graphic mods that could cause this?

Ok I can see your whole screen is flackering when turning on lights. Do you have that with all vehicles or just this one? Try it with the policebike "policeb" for example?

ArrestManager, BankCallouts, CalloutManager are outdated. pls remove them. Before installing Callouts, check on the download page to the right which version is supported, minimum lspdfr 0.4.7. also check the last updated date.

you installed calloutsz in the wrong location. you installed it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\CalloutZ.dll the right location would be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\CalloutZ.dll

try renaming mods folder to _mods
