ok, now we know its custom pullover that causes problems. i found this error in your old log: Loading default Custom Pullover INI file - Error detected in user's INI file. Pls reinstall it, and insert the ini file, too. did you change anything in that ini file? bytheway, traffic policer (which should be good as same as betterems) has the exact same features. I'm gonna make a pizza now. 🍕

i do not think its traffic policer, put it back in and remove betterems and Custom Pullover, they cause problems. after that, post your ragepluginhook.log again.

start it as an admin. add your whole gta folder as an exception in your antivirus and in default windows 10 antivirus.

you need to update gta. it is correct, the newest version is 2628.

the newest rph version comes with the lspdfr download. the newest rph is not available at the website, but there is no need of it.

remove temporarily dinput8.dll out of your game directory. this disables .asi software from loading.
