go to: GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini add the line: Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true

Error while hiding ambient game blips: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. Disable ambient game events in your lspdfr.ini open commandline.txt with an editor and delete everything in there.

i guess reloadallplugins means all loaded plugins are unloaded and reloaded. if no plugins were loaded, no plugins get reloaded. use LoadPlugin <Pluginname> instead.
