unter GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR ist alles richtig installiert, hier brauchst du nichts machen unter GTAV/plugins ist vieles falsch, hier alles rauslöschen außer: EUPMenu LSPD First Response

Es gibt ein Problem deinem Charakter Waffen zu geben. Hast du Waffen installiert? gehe zu gtav/lspdfr/chars und entferne die character datei zeitweise, probiere gta erneut zu starten.

Stelle sicher, die neueste RageNativeUI ins Hauptverzeichnis zu installieren. https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases

you always get that notification when recording ingame with gta recorder. if you dont want that, you have to record with another recorder.
