The outdated callouts that I meant are TrafficPolicer, ArrestManager, PoliceSmartRadio and the missing LSPDFR+.

you can try setting the key to another key in the keys.ini ACCEPT_CALLOUT_Key=Y to L for example and make sure ACCEPT_CALLOUT_ModifierKey=None is set to none
