If it’s a random event, you can hold b by default to call in a pursuit. This event is from lspdfr.

How much ram do you have? another try would be : pls post a screenshot of the gta folder to see what else you have installed. basically you can disable some software like scripthookv, scripthookvdotnet and LML, the last but best option would be to go back to a clean folder, if still no success, verify game files. according to your log your game crashes after loading the mods folder.

you should, yes. earlier or later you will get strange crashes otherwise. ok try that.

you already have yobbincallouts installed and the requirement is calloutinterfaceapi. you can just install calloutinterfaceapi then... this does not add the calloutinterface plugin, it is just a requirement file.

also calloutmanager and trafficpolicer are outdated plugins. for calloutmanager you can use calloutinterface, which has those features included and for trafficpolicer, there is a user who updates this file: https://github.com/Aschtar/Traffic-Policer

You installed RageNativeUI in the wrong section under gtav/plugins/lspdfr and second, its an outdated version. This file only belongs in the main gta folder, but I guess you already have it in the right section, you additionally added it wrongfully there (-> so sinply delete the file) 3. the same with stealth.common. wrong location, and you do not have a plugin that requires this, so delete it. (maybe an old plugin you used to use.)

the "asiloader" is actually the file named dinput8.dll and it comes with the ScripthookV download, try to download this and replace the files. http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ the 3 files are: ScripthookV.dll (required) dinput8.dll ("asiloader", loads .asi files) NativeTrainer (a trainer for singleplayer cheats, this files is optional and not required)
