I wonder if the LAPD have been training their cops based on the LSPD in GTA V?

I am a crooked cop in GTA IV (I shoot most of my suspects) but this is unacceptable

If that was a charge, it was the slowest one I've ever seen, and done at a walking pace. Generally for pursuits, police put someone with a less than lethal option by the front. A taser has an effective range of 25 feet. The suspect was within that range, and even if he wasn't, that is why there are cops with guns. Not to shoot the suspect that is non threatening, but if there is no other option.
 
And if you look closely, the police start opening fire before he fully opens the door. The guns are there for when someone threatens others with a lethal weapon and makes no indication of giving up. Getting out of the car (as an analogy with a gun, dropping the weapon) and walking doesn't justify lethal force.

Not exactly sure how buying a jet for a fire department necessarily "supports" the department itself. I would think building a new hall or buying more equipment would be more of a support.

I don't care what anyone says. The CVPI will go down in history as the greatest police car of all time in my opinion. I'd rather drive a CVPI than any AWD Taurus Interceptor EcoBoost or 5.7L Hemi Charger Pursuit.

I also will suggest to everyone to not take requests until you are truly confident in your skills as a graphic designer. Probably the most embarking thing you can do as a graphic designer is say you're not good enough. I find however that taking requests can sometimes take out the fun in skinning. What really drew me into it was the freedom of being able to just search threw all the agencies in the US on policecarwebsite and just pick one I love and make it, simple as that. I wouldn't even release it or use it, I just made it for personal pleasure :)

We all know that the 2013 Ford Fusion looks completely badass. Just imagine that car as a police special. Rugged interceptor wheels, big Setina ram bar, and a 3.7L TI-VCT V6 Engine at 305 HP (2014 Mustang V6 engine), with an optional 5.0L TI-VCT V8 Engine at 420 HP (2014 Mustang GT engine). I wanted to see what it would physically look like, so I opened up photoshop and gave it a go. This was the end result and I think it looks really awesome!

Can you get banned? Yes. But it depends on the situation. A good friend of mine said that complaints are only valid if the person played with you, and it can usually take around 10 complaints on the same subject to even get noticed. Even then, it's more likely they don't suspend/ban you.
 
It depends on how you behave. If you harass other players, then probably. I used to drive around and spawn vehicles, and generally keep people happy. Modding GTA IV on the Xbox is no different than modding GTA IV on the PC, the only difference is that the mods are more focused on cheating compared to PC. But you can find mods similar to the PC, such as the superman mod. 
 
Anyway, LCPDFR on Xbox 360 is somewhat an insult to G17 Media. They should have used a different name, but I have no problem with them expanding and improving console mods. They've made a lot of progress the last few years. I disagree with people using mods to cheat, but I don't have a problem with people using mods to expand and add fun to the game.
 
I thought I would clear that up for some people, because I've read far too many posts saying "You're going to be banned permanently by Microsoft". In reality, it depends on the person using the mods, not the mods themselves.

I'd say that the lighting system in GTA V is inspired by LEDs over all.

I wasn't being serious mine is $1200.00 but I don't go that far into modding, I stick with police vehicles :D

Why would you even buy a $7000.00 computer?

Vapid Cruiser - Crown Victoria (Looks more like a Vic now than in GTA IV)

In my own opinion. Grand Theft Auto is a game made by Rockstar to; Kill lots of people, steal cars and joy ride through the city with many cops chasing after YOU, rob banks and cluckin bells asort, and do many other illegal things. The point of the game is to commit crime. Trust me, if R* cared enough about the GTA Police modding community, they wouldn't go and make a DLC for their game built around committing crime. They would straight up create an entirely new game (maybe use the same engine as GTA) with an entirely new story and plot and it would be separate from GTA. GTA is, well GTA. It will never change from a game based on committing crimes to a game enforcing the law. It just wouldn't happen. Thats why they made LA Noire, so you could be the cop in an open sandbox game. Maybe they will make an LA Noire two were it is all modernized. That's the more likely thing to happen, rather than Rockstar changing the whole point of their best selling game series to enforce the law. Just wont happen. If you want to write to Rockstar about making a cop game. Ask them to make a modern LA Noire for PC.
