  1. Yes, they're 2 completely separate mods.
  2. Plot twist, they're only just re-releasing LCPDFR 0.91.
  3. Chill, they have 9 lives.
  4. It's a federal signal smart siren, they're all over the website in the download section.
  5. Not to mention the countless hours you can spend watching TV or taking a shower. Haha.
  6. I can't wait! 0.4 seems like it will be a move in the right direction for the community!
  7. Whelen is a very pretty penny, lol.
  8. Some of this stuff can be eliminated just by using the search feature. Apparently Cyan is working on a community tagging system which will hopefully alleviate some of the issues regarding this, we'll just have to wait.
  9. Please post your ragehook log.
  10. Because not every vehicle should be upfitted as an emergency vehicle nor is every model available. It takes a lot of time to make the initial model, not to mention you still have to mod it into an emergency vehicle.
  11. It's not like people are going to continue downloading the mod 4,199,458 times if it has a virus. Whatever floats your boat.
  12. I've been following content I've replied to for years, but I just noticed this the other day. For some reason that option was unchecked. Regardless, I'll keep my eye out.
  13. You should’ve at least put spoiler alert, lol
  14. Someone already beat you to it.
  15. Frank Tenpenny hasn’t hit retirement yet? Man, he must be milking that pension system.
  16. I'd like to say it's a justice but I'm pretty sure Whelen doesn't make colored lenses for Justice lightbars. Unless it's a woodway thing (Whelen in the UK)
  17. I guess I'll add my two cents in real quick. I'm not going to lie, I've been absent from the community for the last couple of years so I don't really know who you are, but thank you for your contribution to the community. It's really something that goes unnoticed and people really take it for granted which is unacceptable. People need to stop being so god damn needy. If you would like something, either create it yourself or ask for some help. Creating content isn't really that easy, if it was easy everyone would do it. There are some people out there that are better than others, but every little contribution counts. It's what makes a community a community. One thing that I've noticed over the last 8 years is that the sense of a community has gone down the drain. Back in the early modding days of GTA 4 with modders like Lt. Caine, Bxbugs, and Yakadafi (Just saying those names makes me feel old, especially Yakadafi before his namechange lol), everyone was giving other members their own content so they could create something off of that and vice versa. Now it seems like everyone is all self centered which takes away from the whole point of a community. Maybe it's just because the older generation is moving on from the GTA scene and we're getting the new batch of younger members into the community, but who knows. It's childish.
  18. Sounds like Whelen Cencom siren tones to me, pretty sure they're included in the Modern Siren Pack.
  19. If you're going to use LSPDFR, you're also going to need Ragehook plugin. I'm not going to sit here and rattle off a list of requirements because every game modification is different. Just make sure you follow the instructions/readme for each mod you wish to install.
  20. This is awesome! Decent fire trucks have been something the GTA community has always wanted for years without having to go through hoops to get a hand on or paying money.
  21. Unfortunately, laws are different from one state to the next when it comes to emergency equipment on personal vehicles. Some are just courtesy lights while some require a constant audible noise while the vehicle is in motion. In my state of NJ, we're just a courtesy light. Chiefs and the next rank down from him can run red with sirens in their POV. As much as I would like to say that volunteers should have the option to run sirens in their personal vehicles, I am completely against it. I'd fear for the safety of the public since it only takes a few people to ruin it for everyone.
  22. I was happy to see a few Whelen products despite mostly cheap Chinese garbage.
  23. If you want to throw it back even further, not my picture.
