If it's a Code 3 siren, it's definently a Mastercom B siren. When they're hitting manual, it kinda of sounds like a Federal Signal Smart Siren.

Yep, it's definitely a whelen. I don't think their is a difference and sound between that and a whelen 295.

Can't you just map the ELS so the back has a traffic advisor? If you don't want that, you should place the advisor up top and place the 2 LED's on the back of the seat in the back.

Just by looking through the first few, all of them have .EXE so it's not hard to install. If it's a Cleo: First of all, you have to download and install CLEO 4 Library. Click here to download. After the download is complete, extract the files some where and run the installation as administrator. It is very simple and takes seconds to complete. Now that you have installed CLEO 4 successfully, you can modify you GTA: San Andreas with thousands of CLEO mods spread around the Internet. Pick a trainer from the link that LukeD has provided for you above and download it. Look for any file(s) with the the extension: '.cs'. These files are the main scripts and should be placed in the folder 'CLEO' on your GTA:SA directory. Most of the mods only include a .cs file. Some mods also include other files. If there is an .fxt file with the mod, it is to be placed in the folder "CLEO_TEXT", which is inside the CLEO folder in your GTA:SA directory. If the folder doesn't exist, create it manually. These .fxt files contain the text that is to be displayed in-game. They are not present in all mods.

Knew I would see this thread come up. I hate it when the news blows stuff up like this, especially when 9/11 comes around. They make such a big deal about it every year for 9/11 and I am sure they will be doing the same for the bombing for many years to come. Yes, they were both tragic events, but I would hate to have a close friend or family member be killed in one of these events and be reminded about it every year for many years to come. I would just want to forget about it but the news makes such a big deal out of it every year. Most people just want to forget about it. Wish I could word it better so I can explain more but oh well. Not trying to say anything negative about the people affected by it and hope they're doing better.
