For basically any script mod to work in GTA SA, make sure you have CLEO 4 installed. Here is a link http://cleo.li/cleo4/CLEO4_setup.exe. When you install, make sure you're running as administrator!

This generation is just going down the drain. One thing that bothers the hell out of me and happens in every day life is when people "sugar coat" things to make the other not feel bad like the "Everyone's a winner" bullshit. This is something everyone would like to see, but many well known modders have tried this multiple times and have not been successful. It's just one of those things that won't work out.

As JAM said, no it's not. He is constantly adding more features and expanding the mod. I have not had a legit conversation with him and over a month but the site has been updated not to long ago. It says on the progress page

Whoops. Lol. Just skimmed it. For us, when ever the EMS goes out onto the highway, we send an engine out to block. I see the logic behind it but you're still risking members and an expensive piece of equipment.

This is outrageous. The firefighter was trying to protect people. Not that this would happen but I hope a state troops arrests the cop for blocking off a road for a crime scene.

I love PCPartPicker, that's what I am using to build my PC. It tell you if their are any issues with the setup.
