  1. I came in to say it's because you're using plugins from 0.3. Glad to see you figured it out. Check out my thread above, pinned, for a list of things that do and don't work with 0.4.
  2. Did you install 0.4 into a clean folder?
  3. In your ELS configuration file, set "ElsTrafCtrlOn" to false. Always make a backup. Especially in the case of such a small but important file. Just extract your default file to the desktop, verify your new file works and then delete or store it away.
  4. i9-9900K (OC'd to 5.1GHz) RTX 2080 (stock) 16GB 3200 DDR4 ram (OC'd to 3600) 60+ FPS at all times with GTA V set to ultra. 60 FPS because that's all I play in so there's no need to see more. I'm sure uncapped I make 150+. Everything saved to a Samsung 970 Evo M.2 NVMe SSD.
  5. Not to insult your intelligence, but I just went through this with another member; are you sure StickyWheels is installed in your "plugins" folder and that it's auto loaded or at least loaded through the F4/Rage console?
  6. My wife tells me all the time I spend more time modifying the game than playing it. Well she's getting her new desktop this week and LSPDFR, so we'll see if she catches the mod bug too.
  7. I installed in a clean folder just because I knew the crashes would be horrible from outdated plugins.
  8. The author has removed his mods. At this point you have to have had it from a previous version of LSPDFR.
  9. I'm sorry, I goofed and didn't include a link. You have it now thanks to someone else though. Lol
  10. Look into this. I haven't used it personally, so it may not even be for what you're trying to do, but it's worth a shot. But also keep in mind that Albo is retired and no longer updating most of his work.
  11. I believe it did, but I haven't had to/wanted to use it yet, so I'm not 100% sure. I've seen a couple people mentioning it as cool and the whatnot.
  12. Please excuse my ignorance if this isn't where this topic belongs, but I thought long and hard about its placement and this seemed safest. Lol So I get it, LSPDFR isn't anything groundbreaking these days and there are so many people with a Twitch/YouTube channel doing it that it's hard to produce original, interesting content. But if you were looking for another LSPDFR Twitch/YouTube channel to follow, what is it about that channel that would keep you coming back? I've been testing the waters since the beginning of 2019 with my channels, and I feel they've done reasonably well up to this point all things considered. Consistency has been an issue for me due to multiple hardware failures, but those are a thing of the past with my latest PC build and I'm ready to hit the ground running. My theory moving forward is that my Twitch will be used exclusively for live stream server role play, and my YouTube for the prerecorded 0.3/0.4 LSPDFR videos that require intros, outros, editing and the whatnot. I can keep the live stream going for as long as the server is populated/there are things going on, but I really feel like for a prerecorded video, especially by someone who isn't established yet, a simple 10-15 minute action-packed video is a good start. And that's actually a challenge because it's super easy to surpass the 20-25 minute mark in LSPDFR. But community, what says you? I'm honestly interested and thankful for any feedback. Thanks for your time.
  13. GTA V -> lspdfr -> lspdfr.ini (change "Main.PreloadAllModels" to "false").
  14. Any or all of the callouts from this list should be fine. All callouts are installed in the plugins folder unless otherwise specified.
  15. No problem, glad I can contribute! SPR and LSPDFR+ has already been covered. We just have to wait for an update. Callouts, however, are an issue on your end. The majority of us are not having issues with most callouts.
  16. I have just confirmed that Computer+ is working as intended. I'm getting no errors or crashes when looking up a ped, vehicle or issuing a citation/arrest.
  17. It could be your car model, but try this first: GTA V -> lspdfr -> lspdfr.ini (change "Main.PreloadAllModels" to "false").
  18. Where did you install the cars? That's a common symptom of those cars being available in a newer/more updated game folder and so they're taking precedence from there. I always advise to install cars in your latest patchday folder to avoid any conflict or overwriting by the game.
  19. It's pretty common. I had this problem dating back to the earliest of 0.3 builds, so I'm surprised it's not more commonplace. Anyway, load the game without Rage and once in, minimize the game window and launch Rage through your directory.
  20. Create a mods folder in your main directory and make sure to never modify your vanilla game files. Then just remove the mods folder and anything else that will get you banned from online, before going online.
