  1. Add me to the list of not being able to download with Chrome and Edge (a last resort use). I haven't tried Firefox, but yeah, definitely an issue somewhere with something, whether it's LSPDFR/LCPDFR or not. Edit: I can confirm that Firefox also works for me.
  2. Being a North Carolinian myself, I love this pack. And while I don't speak for the author, those asking for red lights and an older Charger may not get it since NCSHP doesn't have either of those. But great pack!
  3. I've given up helping people fix their broken games. 98% of the fixes have included fixing an improper installation and/or having the person update their game/mods. I have literally given up fixing games because of this, because then they want a step-by-step walkthrough to installing peds, cars, liveries, etc. Like no, if you can't handle downloading the most up to date version of a plugin and literally drag and dropping it into your directory, you don't deserve the more complicated stuff. Harsh, but true. I've left this list untouched because by now, most everything (especially the major, popular plugins) are updated and working for 0.4/0.4.1. This thread was made literally hours after the release of 0.4.
  4. It's all good lol. In the meantime I added the "Remove Cover [LB,RB,X,RT]" and that works, so no big deal.
  5. What did you use to disable the pursuit camera?
  6. I just wanted to confirm that changing the vehicles.meta didn't spawn the right ped either, but that change alone did mess up the lighting. Lol
  7. See my video below for proper ELS installation.
  8. Not to be argumentative, but obviously not because I have changed every relevant .ini relating to policet/prisoner transport. The only thing left to do now that I'm home is find the vehicles.meta containing policet and try to force the ped that way.
  9. Just backup your entire current GTA V folder and try installing it. If it breaks the game or makes it otherwise unplayable, revert back.
  10. Possibly, but I doubt it. I have changed any and all peds in Stop The Ped, Ultimate Backup and LSPDFR agency files.
  11. What .ini file are you looking for? There's typically one for every plugin, most scripts, etc., so narrowing down exactly what you're looking for would be extremely helpful. Edit: After a reevaluation of your OP it seems as if you're looking for the LSPDFR .ini file to disable the pursuit cam. Unless there's something I'm missing, that's not an option we have at this time, though I do agree it's annoying.
  12. See the picture of my plugins folder below to see the plugins that my game could possibly be pulling from. I've switched/verified that the ped I'm looking for is spelled and listed correctly (s_m_m_prisguard_01) and that it's changed wherever mentioned, but I still keep getting a city/county officer depending on my location. Any ideas? Police SmartRadio is using Stop The Ped for transport BTW.
  13. Wait, what? What's wrong with Computer+? It has never crashed my game and works wonderfully with the more asset images add-on and real California agency backgrounds. Not attacking, just curious.
  14. At this time the updated file doesn't seem to be working either. I'm assuming five hours is enough time for the site to update?
  15. I'm using set #14 which disables just the phone (all I need) and it's working wonderfully, so thanks for this! But when I tried adding the remove vehicle cover (RB), well, it's not working. How can I fix this?
  16. Maybe I'm not doing something right, and that's very possible as I'm still learning everyday, but LSPDFR 0.4/0.4.1 doesn't like replace or add-on vehicles the same way LSPDFR 0.3.1 did. No matter what gameconfig I use, no matter if I have the pack adjuster file or anything else, I can't get stable with real car mods. With 0.3.1 I had over 30 real vehicles (all under 15KB combined) replacing 75% of seen road traffic and with mostly the same graphics mods I run now as well all my .ymap files, and I was stable in that build for at least an hour (still no crash). Regardless, good luck and I look forward to your progress!
  17. This. LSPDFR and its requirements isn't that much more demanding than GTA V to begin with. It's when you start throwing in source-intensive plugins, custom vehicles, graphics mods, etc. that your computer lets you know where you stand.
  18. GTA V is still a very demanding game even with today's top tier hardware. Couple that with the fact that people are out there playing with poorly optimized and/or outdated graphics mods and it's no surprise a lot of people can't play the game on anything above Normal or High.
  19. Here's my last log from LSPDFR. It didn't crash, I just got bored lol. Went almost an hour with no problems whatsoever! RagePluginHook.log
  20. Did you try downloading the plugins from my thread and put them in your game all at one time? If so, you can't do that. I encourage you to install them one, maybe two, at a time and test that they work. Rinse, wash, repeat. Also keep in mind that some of those plugins have to be installed in a particular order, but you'll know which ones those are just by reading the instructions/prerequisites.
  21. What makes you think ELS is crashing it? Post your log. Also watch this video for proper ELS installation. Updating to 0.4.1 with ELS doesn't crash your game.
  22. That's me haha! No problem, glad I could be of assistance! I'll agree that it's usually callouts (or very outdated plugins) that cause 'random' crashes. I see people using plugins that haven't been updated since 2015-2016 and wonder why they're crashing nonstop. Lol A good rule of thumb is that aside from game memory issues, graphics mods and .ymaps and the like won't crash your game/LSPDFR. That's mostly why I never included them in my original list and only stuck to the meat and potatoes of LSPDFR.
  23. I'm running the same visual mods as you plus CityLights, Forests of San Andreas, LA Roads, Real Ads, Real Police Stations and Better License Plates. It's been stable for me so far but it's demanding. I'm also playing with the game settings maxed out, so that's definitely contributing. But if your machine can handle it, you won't find a better GTA V/LSPDFR experience from a realism standpoint. I just need a couple more cars to complete my real CA agencies fleet and then I'm set. Also, I don't know if you missed it or not, but I started this thread when LSPDFR 0.4 first released. I've been a little slack in updating it recently but most everything works now, at least that's used by the majority of the community.
