Yeah it's pretty great although I've stopped using it because I've started to hear more repeats. Personally what I use is now is just an actual real life dispatch radio. But also mundane things like open mics and such. You do need to take a moment to find the channel with the best quality though, imo the one I linked is really good. One of the most popular channels if the chicago one, always something going on there.

Albos' Traffic Policer has this which reportedly does not work at the moment for 0.4.

I was kinda worried too, but sadly he removed many of his mods as well, just 3 mods left. He doesn't seem as responsive though, maybe getting sick and tired of all the comments flooding in right now and before the release of 0.4. So I'd just let him take his time, probably has thousands of requests already.

It's not unconventional for a cop to leave his/her siren on when going on a foot pursuit, but there is to my knowledge no solution to your issue. Just learn to turn off your siren when the suspect bails, it's one button press.

Bad PC? No, I have a very powerful PC too, I said that the ENGINE cannot handle it.

I have been through weeks of troubleshooting my own texture issues in the past. I found the solution, and the only solution at that. What happens is your PC and GTA V simply can't handle all the high resolution textures that are being loaded, so the engine decides to unload textures. To fix this, either downgrade your textures, mainly liveries that are made in 4K which is absolutly stupid, you don't need more than 2K, downgrade all your 4k textures to 2k and see if that improves it, if not, change your texture quality to normal as well and you should never experience texture loss again. There is no other solution. Simple as that. Preloading the emergency vehicles has no influence on this, it's all about textures.

Making callouts in GTA V is extremely difficult, time consuming and requires a high level of coding skill. The ones you have installed are really good, there are some more you can add just search them.
