Yes. If you follow the instructions. There are like three important steps. Copy the exe files, update.rpf, add offline to the startup file. Then let steam update the game, replace the new files with the ones you have backed up.

I use this every time. Works 100%. Try it the next time if you want.

Yea you can change two values in vehicles.meta. VehicledirtMax and VehicledirtMin. It might be called something else, but I think you get the idea.

Yea I think it’s very possible. I have my police4 spawn as matte black which is color 12 if I remember correctly. In the carvar entry it’s the second set of digits that you change. 12 12 134 134 If you don’t know which color, google for gta v color scheme or similar. You’ll find a large image with all the color codes.

Maybe this is for you. It lets you decide which cars spawns where you want. Both in static positions and patrolling.
