With that being said about the .wft unlocker, if I'm not mistaken..You have to reconvert it as it takes to .obj format..I guess the upside to this is that people who do rip it don't really know how to convert or are just too lazy...

Yeah, the taurus most people have is the one I bought and since I paid for it..I really don't want to risk it getting ripped.

Reason no 2015 Explorers have been released yet is because no one wants to risk them getting ripped. Same for the other interceptors. Plus most people who have released with them in the past, have either had no interest in making interceptors or they have left the modding community.

If you're gonna be releasing this said pack, then you'd need to get the author's permission. If it's for personal use then No, you wouldn't need to get the author's permission.

You don't have to create objects. All you have to do is make copies of the LEDs (and ELS), put them all together and attach ect

This. They use the Soundoff UltraLITE. I would suggest looking at >this model. There are no Soundoff UltraLITEs released unlocked if I'm not mistaken..However you can take these >LEDs and make a UltraLITE yourself.
