IMO if modding is possible on GTA V for PC, We wouldn't necessarily need a ELS mod per say. Mainly something that can either change the light patterns or something like that.

I'm gonna be completed honest here, I'm not too surprised. With tensions already high in NYC over the Eric Gardner Ordeal, I knew someone would be a big enough coward to run up to a couple unlikely officers and shot and kill them.

I somewhat agree with you but here's the reason why I don't agree with you, you had the chance to not commit whatever crime you committed. I do believe in 2nd chances most of the time but if I'm not mistaken, I saw one of your earlier threads and you said you were arrested for pointing an airsoft gun at a kid?..If I'm thinking of someone else I'm sorry but with that type of crime, I don't believe in 2nd chances.

For me, it honestly depends on the circumstances. If it were 2 countries not getting along and one calls for war then hell naw. If it were say ISIS coming over and invading the US, Maybe.
