It seems as though you may have a lot of stuff in there that may not be supported. That's my only guess. Did you try just loading lspdfr with only the basics before adding things such as menyoo

I was having texture loading problems with high settings while having a gtx 1060 and upgraded to gtx 1070 ti and fixed the issue. Could you possibly try reinstalling your graphic drivers also what Avail said about making GTAV high priority
