Are there any tutorials using paint.net to make a semi transparent black tinted window with an image on it.

Yeah, I asked the Guy who made the model and he told me use _2 in the ytd and for some reason it worked.

Basically title says it all. I have made a few liverys for different vehicles but for some reason it will not change after replacing the original in the .ytd file. Anyone ever have this problem?

Started having issues at 47:26 of this video. It's worked for me before but recently it has not. Also sometimes the default keyboard comes up when entering eveidence sometimes as you can not see it in the video because I guess OBS does not record it. When the video freezes the keyboard comes up then once I enter the eveidence it goes back to the game. Only sometimes does the Interaction "Black text box" come up for me. Recently I've been having the problem of storing evidence, then doing the roadside test and it tell me there is no evidence, but in stored evidence there.

Controller support? -
HAs anyone used this ENB and got a pitch black result in the Day time? Evenings and Night are good but when the time cycle hits day it goes pitch black. @Polecat324

***Fixed*** User Error*** Has anyone run into the problem of complete darkness during the daytime hours? Evenings work best, any ideas?

With Radiance V you can fine tune the brightness of your lights in the Day and Night Go to the path where the visualsettiings.dat is located using OpenIV (GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data) make a backup before trying it out. These are the lines that you can edit. These are my settings though im still messing around with them. Obviously day is emergency lights in the day and night is Emergency lights at night. The Higher the setting the brighter. My NYPD cars were too bright with the display board so i lowered them a little and there getting better. car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 6000.00 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 1500.00

Not sure of that but I use NVR and Radiance V, and it works great.
Has anyone had problems with pursuit backups not having lights on? @PNWParksFan Can the Left Click be used for the Controller Binding? The Link in the .ini is not good anymore.- 378 comments
