  1. I have also tried with a clean install since my last post and still the same issue, so until this is addressed I am rolling back to the old RDE.... A great shame but it's better than nothing I guess!
  2. I am having the same problem my error log is identical to yours... Has anyone else had this???
  3. Just seen this over at GTA 5 Mods, not sure why the chap has not put it on here (unless he has and I have not seen it). https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/nfs-spikes-mod-work-in-car-on-foot I know we already have a spike mod but more the merrier .
  4. Doesn't Albo's Police radio do this? I can do a plate and ped check stood right next to the car or while I am in my unit all from the radio. From what I can tell I am afraid it doesn't. I can give someone a citation reboot the game then do a name check and that person doesn't even exist anymore! I understand the immersion side of it, just a shame it doesn't have a practical side to it, actually the one useful thing it does do it add a blip to the map if I get an ANPR hit.
  5. Now I understand that I am not the brightest spark in the world but I do not really understand the use of this mod, yes it looks fantastic and looks like it would be really useful but if you can not save citations or other information does it now just make this mod window dressing for want of a better expression? Someone please explain the point if this?
  6. I don't recall doing so, I have now had a few hits while just on patrol so the only strange thing to me is the instant hit as soon as you force duty but it's no big deal. Still a very good plugin!!
  7. Having used this for a day or so now, I have noticed a couple of things.. 1.You always get a hit as soon as you go on duty, I tend to ignore that hit as it seems a little unrealistic to me. 2. Now this could just be me but it seems that it only seems to get a hit while I am in the middle of a pursuit or another call. Like I said it could just be me!
  8. Hope the 2 of you can come up with something, sounds really good, OJ your pic on here is making me really thirsty!
  9. Just go on duty, the system automatically starts and then drive around as you would do normally and wait for a hit. Check out the ini file. @OJdoesIt Just noticed that it does not seem to "Mark as found" When pressing control S.
Never done a "review" before but after downloading this I felt compelled just to say what a great little plugin, adds another level of realism to the game. Expect to see this do very well and become a must have mod. Just watch it start to show up in the regular youtubers video!
  10. In Open IV it's Options > Tools Regedit its HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V
  11. I use 3 different versions of GTA, a UK version a US version and a clean version. I always change game directory in openIV and also the install directory in regedit.
  12. I seem to have an issue getting the controller input to work on this mod, anyone else has an issue with this?
  13. I also noticed this, not sure why the powers that be have decided to do that, would be better off having an essential mods section with all the most popular/useful mods.
  14. Agree'd I personally just prefer a separate folder for just add ons, but yet like you say they will work. I just prefer to keep things tidy and not mix files up.
  15. I have come to the party late but might I suggest you use this.. https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/add-on-replace-base-folder This will create your own dlc folder and you can use that to install any new add on cars you want. It's what I use to install all my vehicles. Just remember to give them different names so they do not conflict with the vanilla ones.
  16. I am guessing this mod is dead as the author has not been on this site since last August, a dam shame!
  17. @badass22 Ever a chance of you doing a British one?
  18. It's no big deal I have just deleted and re installed, I do a weekly backup incase of things like this.
  19. Yes I have a modded meta, but it's not the meta as I just tried renaming one of the known working cars (in the meta) to one that is not working and the car still didn't work so its not the meta, I suspect it might be the addon installer just can't see how or why that would effect it, actually I am using a persistence mod so I can have all my cars parked in a line on the runway, guess that could also be messing with it. Well taken both of those out and still not working, have a feeling I am going to be looking at a fresh install as no car I add now is recognised as a police car.
  20. Only thing I have added is the addon spawner mod...hmmmgoing to take that out then and see if thats the issue, can't see how it would be tho.
  21. Ok I am really lost here, my issue is that the cars are not recognised as police cars so if I take the cars out of the game how will I know if it has worked as there will be no cars to check it with lol! I don't know if ALL of your cars were not working but for me it is just the 3 I have added today.
