Good to see the old TA Police getting representation here. Note that a very similar black/white TA police car posted in the comments can be seen in The Taking of Pelham One Two Three (1974)

Do note that NYPD does not have a SWAT Team; they have the Emergency Service Unit [the photo below is one of the older light blue/white trucks]. Otherwise, great shot, and you've gotta love that NYSP LTD Crown Victoria too. :D

Note that the default handling doesn't quite work for Lt. Caine's Rancher. Use Sgt. Kanyo's handling line - either for the Rancher or Polpatriot. I forget which one worked the best.
