Collection of Classic Cars (40s - 90s)
Looks great, and thank gosh it's templated. [using a newer NYC Taxi livery just doesn't seem right, not to mention that the "PST" on the police variant should probably be "PCT" and the lightbar's coloration is odd.]

Two NYPD Officers Shot Responding To A Robbery
Both suspects are in custody. Excellent job to all agencies involved in the apprehension, and here's hoping that the officers make quick and full recoveries. 2 suspects are in custody in regard to the shooting of 2 NYPD officers in the Bronx yesterday. — NYPD NEWS (@NYPDnews)

A Dodge Diplomat/Plymouth Gran Fury is in the works from what I've read, and an NYPD version will surely follow. For the record, the NYPD more commonly used the Plymouth version of the car because it was the cheaper model.

2 NYPD Cops Shot and Killed Eating Lunch
You're willing to make a completely definitive statement that instantly calls for the firing/prosecution of the officer involved in the case, but have a very limited understanding of the facts of the case? Does anyone else see something wrong there? Let's just review some of the facts of the Ferguson case alone. A notable portion of the witness testimony in the case was proven to be fabricated or otherwise inaccurate; the "hands up" notion has been greatly perpetuated by the media and yet it makes no logical sense. Why was Brown's blood/organic material present inside of the police vehicle if he was not actively attacking the officer inside or otherwise trying to gain entry into the vehicle? Why was Brown shot in the hand (a VERY unlikely hit) unless he was actively reaching for the gun? Why would an officer with no disciplinary marks on his record shoot a robbery suspect that was allegedly surrendering on a crowded street in broad daylight with plenty of witnesses around? Why were there witness testimonies that corroborated the officer's story? How did the officer get marks on his face and neck? The case against Officer Wilson makes very little logical sense and is backed up by nothing but witness claims that contradict available pieces of evidence. When we dig through much of the 'outrage' against cases such as this in particular, much of it based upon a limited grasp of the facts. The decision of individuals to take absolute stances on issues that they know very little about is shortsighted and potentially dangerous for all involved.

Wait. So you advocate the murder of officers that have been cleared, by a grand jury that has reviewed all relevant evidence in the case, of wrongdoing? That's insane. Please tell me that your information on the two cases you speak of isn't limited to the limited and usually biased mass media reporting that has occurred.

Officers Shoot Man With Gun As Ferguson Protests Turn Violent, Again
+1 to what Hastings said. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to comprehend that committing an armed robbery and attempting to shoot and potentially kill a responding police officer nets you exactly zero sympathy. Is the loss of life a tragedy? Perhaps. It clearly wasn't a problem to the perp that was willing to murder a police officer, however.

Ask and you shall receive, I suppose! That's a fantastic light - putting it on the Esperanto with minimal/no other lighting would make the perfect 80s detective/unmarked car. Thanks for the support and offer - here's hoping someone, such as the kind sir in question, will be charitable enough to oblige. :)

Unfortunately I'm unaware of any unlocked rotating ELS beacons, but if someone were to make one it would ideally resemble the Federal Fireball/similar teardrop lights.

Any guesses?
I am looking forward to this. :D --- I'd be much appreciative if someone would be able to do an ELS version in addition.
