Won't solve it. As Nicolai stated, it's to do with the car mods. they cause the issues.

Searched around the webz and found a Vin Diesel mod. I find this guy to be a great actor and I enjoy his films, so I just had to install it. Made a small video of it too.. turns out it works with cutscenes.. Bugs I've noticed: White dots above both eyelids Head seems to be "split" in half Other than that, I love it.
