It's a known bug

Its to do with the handling line or vehicles.ide I've had that issue with normal cars in the past. Its a pain in the ass.

Yes, yes it is :D And I find they look better than the vapid cruiser, as JAM once said, I hate the default vehicles.

I've searched endlessly, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything. I want the Police car's from SA ported over to IV. I know it's possible because some SA cars are featured in the IVSA mod. Anyone able to do it? I would if I could but I have no knowledge on it.

More than likely the models could be imported, people have done it with other cars. As for the livery, I'm sure someone could make an accurate recreation

Make sure that when you've imported the skin, click "save and close" then "save" then "rebuild" otherwise it'll revert to the standard textures

You can upload anything as long as it's your own work or you have permission from the original author. And they look pretty good, nice job.

When I get on my PC later I'll post a solution that involves registry editing. It's proven successful for many people who have issues with San Andreas even after re-installing

Noticed a few things wrong in your log: - no asi loader - no scripthook - no script hook.net - single core I've seen a video of some guy running GTA IV on a single core but it was very choppy / laggy.

Could you explain what you mean by "error on their end" ? What sort, if any, of error message are you getting?

This was also discussed many times. Not possible. You'd have to make a model for the dog, animate it with preferably motion capture which costs a hell of a lot to do. You'd then need to add a new line to the popcycle and ped.ide files which would most likely cause instability issues etc. Not worth it.

I had exactly the same problem. Just crashes to desktop after a few minutes of gameplay correct? "GTA IV.EXE Has stopped working" I went into control panel and clicked on "Change" then "Repair" I then deleted all traces of my savegames. Haven't tested if it works yet. But give that a go if you can If it doesn't work, let me know. I've got another solution
