Step ONE: Download the mod. Step TWO Place the IVdashcam.exe on your DESKTOP Step THREE RIGHT CLICK the installer and click "Run as an administrator" Step FOUR Follow the installer's instructions, READ IT CAREFULLY Step FIVE The mod should now be installed, load up your game and try it out.. Other people have explained it to you in full detail, I honestly don't see how you are still having issues

In that last video, we just spawned a bunch of peds at the hotel then flew away, once I started recording we went in.. Same goes for the museum thing, we spawned all the cars etc.. although that video features fails 'cos we didn't really take it too seriously

You only have 60mb video memory? For the sake of your laptop, don't play GTA IV.

You don't need to uninstall the game to fix a savegame issue. Just delete the actual save files and it'll work

If you have installed both dsound and xliveless, remove one.

Hypercam - Made for simple desktop recording. That's why your screen flickers in recordings. Triple posting - You've made three posts in a row right after eachother.

Never EVER use Hypercam for game recordings.. Secondly, Don't triple post.

As far as I'm aware, the only way to fully recover deleted HDD Data is to use the things the police use over here in the UK.. You can completely wipe something from your HDD, but you can bet your arse they'll get it back. My knowledge is limited however, so I could be wrong

Your file is read only. Right click your EFLC folder, select properties and Uncheck "Read Only"
