  1. Crack's are not supported. Go out and buy the game, it'll help support the developers by funding them for bigger and better titles in the future not to mention your paying for their hard work and labour. Closed.
  2. It's a Timecycle and visual settings mod. We're already on EFLC for the moment until all hosts fix their GTA's
  3. Those lines are already ingame. But again, new lines are not possible.
  4. Just click on the "Downloads" tab and then "Request Own Section"
  5. 90 thousand G's? Talk about overpriced P.O.S's.
  6. I've searched the registry tons of times with regedit and there's no entry for Grand Theft Auto IV anywhere under "Programs" Every other GTA I have installed is in there, if I have a unfixable issue with SA I delete the registry entry. My guess is, you've messed yourself. Wait until R* respond, although don't expect much help if you've mentioned you installed third party mods.
  7. If you are going to release a load of mods, feel free to request your own section in the downloads area.
  8. You'd have to use OpenIV to add a new vehicle to the game.
  9. He just said he's having issues with car mods.. The camera isn't in the right place for the hood camera, there's a high chance it won't be in the right place for that mod. Every camera in that mod was painfully created for the default vehicles, placing it on a modded vehicle won't change anything. Like I said, most cars aren't made to the same ratio of the vehicle it replaces.
  10. Updated, new video added. Cheers Break, I'll keep that in mind for any future videos I decide to do.

  12. You've already made a thread on this. Stick to that one
  13. Have you got a legitimate version of the game?

  15. Not all car mods are made to the same ratio of the original vehicles. You'll have to go deep into your game files and change the co-ordinates of the camera for that vehicle.
  16. Have you tried any of Sgt.Kanyo's handling lines?
  17. Yup, it was. The rear door would open upon pressing a key, you'd then walk them into the marker and they'd get into the back of your vehicle
  18. For future reference, there's a side alleyway a little further down on that suicidal call.
  19. Good Move. There are other mods out there that can give the same effect of EnB and not cause any problems, simple timecycle.dat edit's can make a world of difference. I've just tested out a awesome one for EFLC, you can see the results later when I post the video.
  20. There has to be a way, like a simple line. I've looked inside vehicles.ide but there's nothing in there indicating a radio. Even all the flags like +istruck+livery have nothing to do with the radios. Prehaps if you change the name of the vehicle to one that has a radio? I changed a police car to the "infernus" by accident once, it had the radio but still acted as a police vehicle.
  21. Ew. That'll need a retexture ASAP.
  22. Traffic Flow. Also set a high ratio on the ChanceOfRandomDispatch in the .ini to stop the annoying ambulances.. even though it is a awesome siren, it'll eventually send me insane
  23. Did you save your game while on duty?
  24. I'ma take your PC in the middle of the night :D Awesome graphics on that last video
  25. Unless specified it has one, most PC'S run on a integrated graphics chip which cannot even run minecraft
