I am not trying to start an argument, but...... Are you talking about Trump ignoring the Constitution of the United States Of America? And what are the qualifications to become a President of the United State's Of America? What is soo bad about the Electoral College? And what makes you think that people vote for people based on the letter before there name?

In training and reality, you shoot until the threat stops. If that takes 15 shots then so be it.

I am not victim blaming anyone, I am saying that they should of thought of there own personal safety and then maybe there would of been a different outcome. I never said that it was there fault at all. But there comes a time where people in this world need to understand that this world has messed up people and everyone needs to understand that. Stop promoting the victim ideology and start laying the hammer to those who wish to do harm to others. These tragities should be learning curbs for people, yet all that people do is complain about gun control and sit around asking for Government to do something about it. The fastest way to curb this is to use the tools at your disposal to fight back against the low life, undesirable, mentality unstable, lunatics. What is your solution in this foul world to stop people from being victims? Wait for the cops? They show up after the crap happens. Even if this nut job went in with a knife, someone could of used a gun to stop the nut. I am trying to promote self preservation and make people realize that your life depends on you. Everyone else wants to rally around the Government and wait for people to do nothing with laws. So there are your options. Fight back Maybe die, maybe live Or sit around and do nothing while this nut job kills everyone. I sir will pick up that gauntlet and hopefully kill or severely injure that man/woman so that others may go home to there family. The cops get called when you loose control of the situation.

As stated in a previous comment that I made, the statement " the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy with a gun" depends on the situation. Never did I ever say anything about Vegas.

I am not victim blaming. I am trying to have people understand that they had no other options and that if they had a gun then they would of had a force multiplier that could of saved other people. It is not the woman's fault that she got raped, but there are options out there that could of helped her defend herself. To say I am victim blaming is low. I have been a victim and used tools to go home again. So once again, I am not victim blaming, but people need to hold into account there own personal safety and not rely on others.

I Yes I am saying that they should have thought of there personal safety. It is not the responsibility of the police to protect you. In France they relied on the police. In England they relied on the police. In the United States they relied on the police. The police failed at that. I have relied on myself to save my life, not the police. I am still alive, thank god, and I can see my family. I get to go home because I understand that there are sick people out there and the best way to live is to rely on me. I understand that laws stop no man from crime. Personal Responsibility is the primary answer to most questions. People are to reliant on others to do the bidding for them. Everywhere I go I have a Glock 19, 2 spare mags, a knife and a IFAK, because I know that anything can happen at anytime and there is no one out there to protect me but myself.

You gave a better definition of mental health than most people. That is the first issue we have. The Second Amendment is not for hunting. Read the Federalist Papers and the Anti-Federalist Papers. If the Government can have these guns, then why cant I?

Define mental illness? Then we can talk about how we keep guns out of the hands of "BAD PEOPLE". Who is going to say who is and who is not mentally capable of having a firearm? Are they A Political? Who needs a AR-15? Waco? Bundy ranch? North Hollywood shootout? Me? What is your definition of "FREEDOM"? Lets start there and and we can move on to the next subject.

Gun's are not the problem, it is the individual's that are the problem. The actions of the few does not justify, nor will it ever justify the punishment of the many. On the subject of "the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy with a gun" this is true, but it depends on when and how it is implemented. Take for example, my neighbor was being attacked on night by a evil man, I heard a noise and looked at my camera's and saw my neighbor on the ground getting his head kicked. I immediately went outside and confronted this man with my pistol while my girlfriend had my AR-15. He immediately stopped what he was doing. The outcome of this conflict saved my neighbors life, resulting in him being blind in one eye, but as for the guy that this man, attacked 30 min's prior, may he rest in piece. One other story I have is 8 people tried to jump me but regretted that move when I pulled out my gun. The only true answer to this "DEMAND" that you are asking, is for people to take into account, there own personal responsibility. I took up the decision to do what I have to do everyday to give me another chance to come home and see my family again. The person that chose to try and take my life, cares little for his/her's. We are not cry baby's Kallus. Many of us understand that you should not make decisions based on emotions. I have many guns and an entire combat load to go with my AR-15. I carry a pistol with extra ammo, and IFAK, and a knife. I have taken up the gauntlet more than once to save another persons life that was being attacked by a low life criminal that care's not of anyone else's life thus putting my life at risk. I have grown up around crime and violence, good people and bad people, good cops and bad cops. My rights will always, under no circumstance, trump your dead. Stalin rounded up my people back in the day because they were of German decent, he enslaved them and worked them to death. My Great Grandfather told me once "When people start to load others onto train's, then that is when you kill those people". It is actions like these why many many Americans refuse to give in to gun reform and do not trust the Government to rule us. We are "NOT" a Democracy, but we are a Constitutional Republic. We have great perimeters put in place to ensure that "EVERY ONE"S" rights do not get taken away. And on a side note you said " How many more mothers need to lose sons, brothers need to lose sisters, daughters need to lose fathers, before we say enough is enough?" That stuff is stupid and play's no role in how guns, drugs are gotten. You can go any where and get a gun from any of these low life gang bangers, dope heads. Its is not hard at all to acquire the things that you want. I have lived around this crap my whole life and I know how everything work's. Politician's use the bodies of the dead to further there re election chances. I know that the 3 year old that was shot in a drive by up the street from my house, he was shot do to gang retaliation. On the news the family said that they have no idea why this happed and that they are good people, but in reality they where all gangbangers and drug dealers and that the drivebye was retaliation. This is a heated topic in my opinion. I would not be alive if it was not for the gun.

The Sheriff is and elected position for the people by the people. We elect him so that he will enforce the laws that the people want enforced and not a Mayor, County Executive, Governor, President wants to have enforced. The Sheriff is the highest form of law enforcement in the United States Of America. The main mission for the Sheriff is to protect His/Her people, that elected them, from threats of crime, and abusive government. And if the people do not like them, then they can elect someone else that holds the people's interest. The Sheriff in the USA is of GREAT importance to keep abusive powers from doing what they want when they want. Back in the 90's the Federal Government passed a law federalizing all Sheriffs in the country, witch was illegal, when the federal law enforcement came and told the Sheriffs this, all the Sheriffs told the Federal agents to fuck off (parden my language). It is best for our country NOT to let the Federal Government rule too much. An elected Sheriff is an extremely important position to have in our country. They have done bad sometimes, but most of the time they have done a great job stopping Government encroachment in this country. The Federal law enforcement answers to the President of the United States, The State law enforcement answers to the Governor of His/Her State, The local law enforcement agency's answer to the Mayor or County Executive, but the Sheriff answers only to the people of His/Her County and no one else. No leader of the country or the state or the city can make the Sheriff do anything. This is because Government leaders can become corrupt. (1) Focus on the schools that these kids go to. If you look at the rise of crime and the loss of schools and over crowding of schools, the lowering of standards, the thought process of unionizing of our school system (witch makes it hard for bad teachers to get fired), and politics infiltrating our schools, then you will start to see a connection. (2) We already do that. It does not work for 90% of them because they do not want help with it. If a dope head does not want help then you cannot give them help. If you offer them help, without them asking for help, they will run over you and take everything that you have just to get the next high. (this is also adding in drunks) I live in the "GHETTO" if you want to call it that, I have seen everything that you would want to offer to help them. It sounds heartless but it is true. I have been screwed over, robbed, attacked by these people (some of them have been family) and I know many, many, people that think the same way that I do. For them it is all about getting that next high. (3) The answer to this is easy. Provide a punishment equal to the crime. That is something that is rarely handed out in our legal system. Example, A dime bag of weed= 10 years, while Kidnapping raping, and torturing a 12 year old girl will only get you a year and a half with 365 days for good behavior. Destroy mandatory minimums Execute rapist, murderer's, torturer's Make thief's get imprisoned and forced to work to pay back the person that they stole from. There is an extremely big talk to be had on this subject but the issue with these answers is that people that have no idea what they are talking about are asking people that have no idea what those people are talking about or even the crap that they , the elected official, are talking about. If you would like answers to these problems then you must go to the people that have lived it or lived around it and have been effected by it. When I say "you" I do not mean YOU but actually everyone in general that have not experienced these issues.

Honestly, there is not much that the cops can do, except chase until the suspect crashes or the suspect is gone. This is just a gimmick really to make it look like the cops are answering a question for a problem. Will some of these people get caught? Yea. But will most of them get away? Yea. The only way to stop these guys, if you really want to, is to take after my state hiway patrol and local law enforcement. Just chase them until they get away, crash, crash and die, or ram them. At best this tactic will be a determent for these guys after they find out that the cops are good at riding.
