  1. Amazing plugin. What button is assigned for the voice menu?
  2. All vanilla vehicles work with it,tough if you want to make it work properly with some custom ones you need to adjust the offsets accordingly
  3. So, let's get right into things. Remember, EVERYTHING is about the vanilla LSPDFR functions WITHOUT any other plugin so far. The first bug in LSPDFR 0.4 is when you pull over a vehicle and order the suspects to leave their car. After asking one of them for an ID if you attempt to run his records, the plugin will crash no matter what. And the second thing can be called somehow a bug, but let's see. In the first versions of 0.4, you were been able to report any type of disturbance, including a hit and run and some random shootings in your sight of course. Well, this doesn't happen anymore and I'm starting to think that was an abandoned project or something. The hit and run event was completely deleted after 0.4.3 regarding the console infos(I use to check every random event to see how it's shown in the console) and if some gang members starts shooting, now they must be flagged somehow because they're not being shown at all in the rage console. So we gotta rely on other plugins to help us out like PursuitOnTheFly. Also I'd really like to add some suggestions here as well. If a police officer was clearly aware of a gta event, why wasn't he reacting and initiate a pursuit itself and for you to be shown as just a simple callout? That thing shoud be taken into consideration to improve the realism of the game. Also I'd like to see LSPDFR being able to gets all the basic stuff done. Like some simple offenses for trafic and disorder, not a simple citation of your call. A simple tow service and coroner as well shoud be implemented, if not dealing immediately with the problem, at least using the in-game despawning system when out-of-sight. I also noticed that if you drop a suspect in another jail which isn't the main station, if you go in the jail cells you will still find the arrested peds. I would love to see the same things at the impound station which is near the city sheriff station. A pretty nice detail I'd say. Also please give us the ability to set ourselves the probability of a specific world event to happen, and maybe if you're generous to increase them by default when driving an unmarked cruiser by flagging it somehow 😉. And I almost forgot there's a bug where after a pursuit you can't perform the takedown script on the suspect and you gotta rely on other officers to arrest him or to stoptheped plugin. @Sam I would really appreciate to take my words into consideration if you think I'm right.

  6. Well it's actually pretty easy because you add it to a new veh by it's in-game menu. Just go to the offsets category and add a new entry for a new veh and then play with the spotlight coordinates until you get what you want. Well I'm not quite sure what are you talking about but try to change the offsets with a bigger number for a more drastic result of the light source.

  8. I think it's a bug of this new version. There were also the hit and run event to report,but I supposed it was removed since the rage console doesn't show it up when it happen like before. Unfortunately no devs have replied that are aware of this situation. Also the ability to set the probability of which world event in particular to happen will be a great addition.
  9. So let's say I kinda want a more immersive world using the lspdfr features only. I have increased the number of events and the interval to have them more often. But I did that hoping to have more fights on the streets or some auto thefts encountered more often. But I was wrong,I've got more traffic stop events and some other things lspdfr creates which you cannot report the crime. Can you add the option to set the likehood of a specific world event to happen? Also in the previous version,I think 0.4.3,there were a lot more crimes to report like hit and run or some random shooting. In 0.4.6 I can't even report a random guy shooting sometimes and I want overall to be able to use the call in or the report crime feature in a lot more cases,at least the cases from the previous version of it. @Sam I would really appreciate any kind of help
  10. Yes,I have noticed the same thing,also the hitandrun crime cannot be reported anymore.
  11. First of all do you use the vanilla cars or some custom ones? If you paid attention to the installation instructions, the only thing that might interfere is the size of your custom car, if that's the case, blocking the light source. Try adjusting the offsets and see if that helps.
  12. So your mod cannot change the custom flashlight from LSPDFR 0.4. May I know where can I change it's visual settings?
  13. Yep you're right, when the heli backup is called and it do not have a targeted entity it will perform it's basic search mode which you have recreated. Also when searching for a suspect the police AI when on foot will bring up their flashlights, which is a very cool detail but unfortunately it's conditions to make it happen are damn rare :))
  14. Hmm that's a very cool idea of making cars with rotating spotlights,maybe some car dev will take that into consideration. Btw is there any chance of integrating this mod to be operated by AI as well?

That kind of searchlight you're talking about only applies on helicopters which do have a spotlight on them like this one: I released on the comments section a while ago a video proving how it works. Unfortunately alexguirre no longer updated the mod and now with the new versions of the game we can't move the turret like before.Either way I have also released in the comments section an updated version with improved controls. Either way the mod is open source if anyone wants to continue it's project and I''l be glad to help him.

  17. It actually works on any vehice in the game,if not already added you can do that using the in-game menu.
  18. A simple copy paste from the site's instructions might help: While holding an arrested suspect near the left or right rear door of a police cruiser, press and hold E to detain the suspect inside the vehicle.
  19. Sam I'm curious did you changed the amount of cops to be assigned to a pursuit by default as an ambient join from the previous version of LSPDFR? I recently had a pursuit on groove street and you know over there is always a police heli patroling and it didn't joined to help me even if the outgoing pursuit came right below him. I am fully aware of the variable settings but it's also too bad that I can change them only by commands and not by an ini file. You know, to be permanently available when starting the game. And also it will ve very appreciated a feature to allow us to change the visuals of the flashlight used in that animation, because it's the most inefficient light I've ever seen :))) And also don't forget to take a look on the crime report system, sorry for repeating but I really use that feature a lot and I'd really like to have a fix soon.   21. Yep it's confirmed that we have a bug regarding the crime report system. It works on gta but on shooting or fighting it doesn't. Hopefully a fix will be available soon.
  22. I noticed that some of them like superevents don't allow us to report a crime, like a fighting or a shooting. I haven't encountered something like that created by the vanilla lspdfr, so hopefully this isn't a bug of it. It worth a check tough.
  23. @SamNice to see that my idea from a while ago was actually used in the game, the animation for the arrest: Also that's very nice to hear that firefighters called by the vanilla lspdfr actually do something. In the future I'd like to see the same for the paramedics (the same thing they do when called by the ultimate backup with all their animations) and also the ability to call for a tow truck amd a coroner. I think I also mentioned this a while ago but actually to ask the game to despawn the specific veh or dead ped when not in sight shoud be really hard to do. Also we need to know what kind of citations to give when a driver don't have let's say an insurance or registration. Yeah I know for that we have lspdfr+ citation system but my goal is to make the vanilla lspdfr with no flaws at all, mainly to not have unfinished things. And my last suggestion should be to use the scene director to create some amazingly done callouts like they did with the holdup(and not only callouts, also world events). And maybe to activate at least some story mode world events since they are done so well by our beloved Rockstar Games :)))
  24. Unfortunately no one is currently working on it, the best thing to do now is to use my updated version of it. Either way the mod is open source if anyone wants to further update it.
