As a future suggestion, since this mod can program AI to go to a specific location: the cops that are called for a prisoner transport to actually go to the nearest station to drop the suspects(idk the easiest thing is to do the same as the player, basically navigate to the drop off point and despawn the suspects from the back) instead of responding to other callouts with the suspects in the back. Also I can see a lack of callouts outside the city, maybe add more locations around the world. Also the callout location's you have made, adding a good parking spot for the AI cops responders would be great, could be any spot if it's not blocking traffic. And of course add the notepad prop when a cop npc is writing a ticket 😉
    One of the must-have mods which actually makes the game a real police simulator. First time seeing something that relies more on animations and other simple details rather than a bunch of texts popping out. With mods like this the future of LSPDFR is a guarantee success.
  2. Very useful script. But for some reason I keep hearing the lost visual speech even when I had it disabled in the ini file. If you're wondering what's bothering me it's because it's way louder than the dispatch announcing me to return to patrol(you know, the Suspect Escaped Radio Update speech by Officerporci). I tried to replace again the dll and pdb files and nothing. Any idea if that's a bug or I'm doing something wrong?

  4. It's a bug or my version is somehow corrupted? I have enabled in the ini file the holstering animations but they don't work anymore. Am I missing something?
    One of the must-have mods that adds small things into the game the way they're supposed to function, greatly improving roleplaying

Very nice, just a little thing need to be added: if you're moving while you open the menu to not engage the police investigate animation mainly because it might not be as fluid as some people want while running(like the first radio animation of policesmartradio plugin, running was silly with your hand on shoulder)
  6. That's amazing,but I've got an idea to make it even greater: did you know there's a more complex animation of contacting dispatch which was cut and seen in lspdfr and your mod instead? You can easily find it by using simple trainer at police investigate animation. How about making a custom cut where(only while the shoulder animation is selected) besides grabbing the radio to also gesticulate with his other hand as seen there. And also if we don't close the menu the animation will loop until it's manually closed. It would be the one of best addition to improve realism 😉

  8. Not a really big deal,the feature is truly amazing. But if you activate it near a cop npc(and maybe the regular npcs as well) and press right click(or the aim button) the game will use the vanilla unarmed lock on feature instead of holstering the weapon. For that it will need when the animation is played to tell the game that you have an invisible gun since when you have one it will use the aim weapon feature. Also this leads to another thing to take advantage on. When an npc is mad at you if you draw a weapon he will apologize or run away. Let's do the same thing when putting your hand on holster by letting the game think you have an invisible one. Two things achieved by doing one simple thing, don't you think it's kinda worth a shot @LMS ? 😉
  9. I've seen in some released highlights of the new updates of LSPDFR something like ''improved boat pullover behaviour''. What's that supposed to mean and work? Do I need to have installed a boat with sirens on it to initiate a pullover or how?
  10. Thx. Since you're in the testing team,do you have any idea what happened to the burned vehicle scenario posted here? It was delayed or abandoned? And one more thing,how can I set my air support backup to have always the police livery? I know I can rely on other custom backups but I want the vanilla one to be perfect. Thx in advance
  11. I am struggling to find out the line of code to put in the lspdfr.ini file to enable all blips of random events happening. I think I saw it somewhere but I can't find it. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
  12. Check carefully since when your game started to not work properly,it might be a script or plugin slowing it down. The spotlight plugin is well optimized I can assure you.
  13. Well you can move it by pressing 2,4,6,8 on numpad or by holding Ctrl and moving the mouse
  14. There are a lot of new scenarios added since 0.4 came out, like fake traffic stops. But where is the burned vehicle like we saw in the highlights? Was a cut feature or I have simply not encountered it yet? And I would love a full list of scenarios added into the game to cycle around with them a bit.
  15. It will be a step in the right direction,but only STP backup will intervene if called on the scene. I think it will be better to be able to report that sort of crime by holding B so every other units in the area to respond and assist. It will be a lot realistically that way.
  16. Yeah but backup won't intervene unless they notice something,and LSPDFR 0.4 still cant't make npcs report a crime themselves. We have pursuit on the fly plugin but it will be a shame to continue to rely on it since 0.3 version is long gone.

  18. It might be turned on but not visible. This can be caused by the vehicle model which is either too high or too big for the coordinates set to the spotlight source by default,so there are no light coming out since the vehicle is a solid object and blocks the light(in some simple words the spotlight can be in the vehicle a bit). Try adjusting the offsets until the light becomes visible,and then position it properly for the model you use.
  19. So, let's get right into things. Remember, EVERYTHING is about the vanilla LSPDFR functions WITHOUT any other plugin so far. If a police officer was clearly aware of a gta event, why wasn't he reacting and initiate a pursuit itself and for you to be shown as just a simple callout? That thing shoud be taken into consideration to improve the realism of the game. Also I'd like to see LSPDFR being able to gets all the basic stuff done. Like some simple offenses for traffic and disorder, not a simple citation of your call. A simple tow service and coroner as well shoud be implemented, if not dealing immediately with the problem, at least using the in-game despawning system when out-of-sight. I also noticed that if you drop a suspect in another jail which isn't the main station, if you go in the jail cells you will still find the arrested peds. I would love to see the same things at the impound station which is near the city sheriff station. A pretty nice detail I'd say. Also please give us the ability to set ourselves the probability of a specific world event to happen, and maybe if you're generous to increase them by default when driving an unmarked cruiser by flagging it somehow . And I almost forgot there's a bug where after a pursuit you can't perform the takedown at gunpoint on the suspect and you gotta rely on other officers to arrest him or to stoptheped plugin. My main goal is to see the vanilla LSPDFR playable and enjoyable in all must have aspects,without installing a tons of plugins to make things go right. Of course you can install them for maybe a greater realism but the main LSPDFR needs to have the usual fun of a GTA game in a cop perspective.

  22. I know but in the images you posted for the mod there is a voice selector menu which I don't know how to open it. The key you're talking about refers only to the third image,and I'm interested about the second one
