Yeah, thats the impression i'm beginning to get. Do you think that the Phenom II X4 955 would run GTA smoothly alongside a decent GPU?

Thanks for the link aparna, that puts a slight spin on things now. I am slightly dubious about getting the bulldozer now as is have seen both good and bad reviews and that article kinda changes things. What do you think. pay $50 extra and get the bulldozer? or save myself $50 and get the phenom ii x4? Also is phenom II x4 a decent CPU for GTA. Anyone who owns one, whats it like?

Change the sensitivity of your mouse in the GTA Settings. It's a known problem which me and a few others experienced both with the beta and rc1 version of LCPDFR. If changing your mouse sensitivity doesn't work you will have to reinstall i'm afraid.

At no point did I say that there was one way to solve the problem, nor did I act like there was. Just a quick question, you quoted my post and then said there was more than one way to tackle the problem. Did you mean the problem I was replying to or something else???

Ok then, just copy and paste as shortcut. You would be lucky if those shortcuts took up 0.5mb of space!

Hey Jam, I agree with you in the fact that there are plenty of people such as you and myself who would gladly help him for nothing, also there are plenty of people that have made tutorials on how to install mods such as ELS. I think that the whole $5 thing may have been a way to get us to view the topic though :D Anyway, Back on topic. If you could try to install LCPDFR again and tell us of any errors you are experiencing we could try to help you out! Also if you are having dificulties run the diagnostics tool, the link for which is in my signature and then post the results shown on the "more information" section of the tool.

Nice work, but would it not just be easier to copy and paste the mp3 files into the GTA Music folder?

Hey Guys, I was looking at the available plain clothed models available for use on LCPDFR and wasn't too keen. I was thinking though, what if we could play as a cop but stay as Niko and wear the same clothes as we wore when we entered the station and then go out on patrol as a undercover officer. I just wanted to know all your opinions on the idea..... Cheers, Tom

Nah, it was just the 2 wft and wtd files. UPDATE: I've managed to stop the rolling thanks to BraveHeart though the car is skidding and making black marks on the ground when i get over a certain speed even though i am not applying the brakes. Any idea what value(s) i should change to fix this? Cheers!

Change your sensitivity on your mouse in the GTA settings menu, if that doesn't work i'm afraid that a reinstall is the only option. I had this problem when i first installed LCPDFR, changing the sensitivity on the mouse seemed to work for me and some others who were experiencing the same problems. Cheers, Tom

Sorry, yes thats what i mean. i got mixed up with another file. Open vehicles.ide with notepad and find the vehicle you want to have more than one livery. Scroll to the right hand side of that vehicle entry and then add "+livery" at the end. The game will then randomly load a livery everytime the vehicle is loaded. Hope this has helped....

Did you add "+LIVERY" to the end of the entry in "Vehicles.dat"?
