You cannot respond to traffic accidents, on youtube people create the scene of the accident with cars etc. then teleport elsewhere with SNT, get a car and drive there so it's all set up ready for them and it looks like they are responding to it. I do hope this feature will be put into lcpdfr in the future though. EMS and FIRE are with another mod i'm afraid..... Good luck.

Nah, it saves them in the usual place. Also the savegames aren't usually hidden but it depends on your OS a corrupt savegame definitely sounds like the culprit here. In future, finish the first mission and then head over to your gamesaves. Copy the savegame(s) into another location so that next time you have this problem you have your backup.

Try adjusting the mouse sensitivity in your GTA settings. If that does not work then you will have to reinstall.

When you use F11, you can then come back later and arrest them by doing the usual aim and press "E". As for calling for transport the arrest stll counts as yours and the pursuits statistic currently doesn't work but the Devs are working on it.

There needs to be some sort of indication otherwise nobody will know wether it's working or not. Possibly a count in the top corner? Then once you have aimed at the evidence and pressed the key the evidence dissapears and it is counted on the display....

You could have to aim at the weapon/evidence with your pistol and press a certain key

By the sounds of things, your video card can't handle the game......

I've got an idea that could replace the "Evidence" statistic. When you respond to a crime such as shots fired and you then arrest/kill the perps you are prompted to collect evidence by picking it up. It shouldn't be mandatory as not everyone will want to and they could just leave the scene and respond to another call.... What do you think?

Delete your gamesave it's probably corrupt. Also never save your game whilst on duty. thats what causes corrupt gamesaves.

It's actually better to keep each person seperate so those who are trying to assist them can see what has and hasn't been done in attempt to solve the problem. By putting multiple people togethor it just gets messy and it may be that they all have different causes to their problems anyway. BTW, it is classed as stealing when you post in someone else's topic asking for help as people end up trying to help you instead of the person who actually created the topic in the first place.
