yes you did, however Nicolai merged them for you. Just because it's specifically for gaming doesn't mean it will run GTA. It may run Call of duty, however GTA is a bad port from a console and requires a good CPU, GPU and a decent amount of RAM. Even some of the best gaming PC's struggle to run GTA maxed out.

It should be in the readme or the download. Open up your GTA directory, head to Common/Data then right click "Handling.dat" and select "Edit". Then copy the handling line from the readme and place it in the handling section for that vehicle.

My modded vehicles are "noose" "fbi" "polpatriot" "pstockade" and then a load of civi cars and I have AI ELS disabled. I never crash.

Is there anyway that you can rotate a spawned ped to face a specific direction? It's just because I want two peds to face each other, but the all face forward and can't find any way to rotate them. Any Ideas? Thanks!

Hmmm, I suppose one female and one male would be ok. But they must be the same ones otherwise it's just going to sound weird. Your right, Suicidal person and Shootout probably aren't going to be common and it 'll need someone to sit by a scanner for hours recording and waiting.

Oh I suppose, that would be fine. But I was thinking more along the lines of going to a studio of some sort and recording them. But yes, a scanner would work pretty well actually.

Caused by the same problem, either your not running the installer as a admin or your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON/DATA folder.

To completely disable keybindings open up the trainer.ini file and locate this line: KeyBindingsDisabled=0 //Key Bindings (except menu keys) disabled on startup Now change the 0 to a 1 so it will now look like this: KeyBindingsDisabled=1 //Key Bindings (except menu keys) disabled on startup If you are having trouble locating the line, use notepads search function by clicking EDIT, then FIND at the top. Then search "Keybindings" and go through the results until you find it.

please use the search feature on the site before posting, this issue has been solved many times before. Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON/DATA folder. Also ensure you are running the installer as a administrator

I've got Traffic Flow installed, but both vehicles aren't in any of the slots.

Ok then, I have created skins for both a Toyota Land Cruiser and a VW Crafter (Van). I've replaced both the "Speedo" and "Bobcat" slots. Both of these vehicles are not for emergency services, and are part of the "Department For Transport" they manage the roads and help the police clear up accidents. Here is a picture of one of the vehicles: I just don't want to see it around liberty city and only I can drive it, no peds. Just me.

Yeah, I agree that would be a great idea, but getting the actual recordings would cost a bomb and then making them sound authentic may prove to be a even bigger challenge :/

Yeah, it's a "Highway Maintenance" vehicle. Not a emergency vehicles and only has amber lights... All they do is help the police clean up accidents and help people that have broken down. They don't have sirens and therefore I'm pretty sure I don't want it responding to my NOOSE requests lol. Thanks anyway.

I never really liked the lights above the trunk at the back of the car. Sure, bxbugs has some real nice models, but I never was keen on those lights in particular. EDIT: @Dhruv - The lightbar on the car your provided is much different to the video....

Maybe do a series for traffic enforcement, then another for NOOSE, and one for normal crimes.

Are there any flags I can put in the vehicles.ide to stop a vehicle from being driven by peds? I've just created my Highways Agency Skins but don't want to see them being driven around liberty city by civillians, so can I stop them spawning completely? Thanks.
