Well you can change the values in the .ini so you don't see it very often. Because really, the only person that would piss on the street like this is someone who is pretty drunk. So reducing how often you see it would increase the reality.

Yep. If the other person has no mods, it won't let you join them if you do. However if you both have the mod then you can play together fine. Enjoy!

Open the texture archive in edit mode, (.wtd) i think and then find the skin and click replace and select the new one.

Everyone needs the mod to be able to play.

I'm no expert but i'm pretty sure that you need to map the ELS textures. Just to be sure as you haven't actually confirmed, the lights are not working? Correct?

I also would like the VIP transport callout that I've seen on PPM videos, it's the one feature I like about PPM. If LCPDFR were to create it, then it would be immense.

When you click MP there is two options "Ranked Match" and something else. Try selecting the opposite to what you are using.
