No. We are not allowed to upload that, since it's copyrighted by Rockstar. Restore the file from the DVD or reinstall your game. 1. Rule: Always make backups and keep them safe. (That's why I usually have a vanilla version of my game always somewhere on my HDD)

Validation services might be buggy atm. Try installing it without entering your account. When it's done installing, go to your GTA IV directory > scripts > FirstResponse.ini scroll down to the bottom and enter your details, be sure that webservices is set to on.

I don't have any :/ The one I have installed has modded skins, which I'm not allowed to release because they're just unit number edits and base on the default skin. I'd have to ask permission and I don't know who to ask. So sorry, can't give you a DL link atm.

I personally like the NLSP and the LCPD CVPI That's the NLSP. How the LCPD one looks you can imagine, just like a NYPD CVPI.

The video does not talk about internet piracy. It is from a kids show called lazy town and explains the joys of being a real pirate, those who sail the seas. Thats as hinting to the topic as Olanov's smiley :) But don't worry, I'll remember not to do it again lol.

Just tested it. Messes up the OpenIV preview and in game arms look weird, but im gonna keep it nonetheless. Thanks for the tutorial man. Be sure to post it on GPM once it comes back.

I doubt the game works on Windows 95. Do you use xlive.dll or dsound.dll? If you use both try removing xlive.dll

Yes you can replace 7 and 2 additional fully working police cars. (except that the police computer doesn't seem to work)
