In GTA IV's settings menu. You seem to have a 4:3 screen if I'm not wrong. Your GTA IV might be set to 16:9 / 16:10 try changing it to 4:3.

I've experienced that WinRAR is much nicer to use from the interface, and if you can read tutorials you can also disable the pop-up that comes up on each start. Also WinRAR integrates much nicer into Windows, since you can download themes for it. Nonetheless I also use 7zip, mostly to create archives in the 7z format which has a beastly compression. I once managed to get a 0% compression rate :D.

You have the Automatic ELS mode on (ALT+T) but you use the LCPDFR controls to trigger the lights. Avoid the LCPD:FR emergency light controls if you are using ELS, instead use J and K to trigger lights.

Sorry dude but that color is just plain horrible. Here are some things you could improve: - NYPD only uses red-white emergency lights - NYPD doesn't have a SWAT, it's called Emergency Service (Unit) or ESU. - Try going with something more sophisticated than just a color and text.
