  1. That is for GTA IV. EFLC has exactly 4 more if I remember correctly. The APC, the Police Buffalo, Police Stinger and the Police Bike. So that is (excluding helis and boats) 7 for GTA IV 11 for EFLC.
  2. Wrong. They don't react to the siren modes played by ELS, but they do react to the normal siren no matter if its modded or not.
  3. That ambulance looks cool, facebook ads on the back? Haha. Could you post make a screenshot of it on a non-K9 unit? I think it would look better. Also, I recommend you install bxbugs radiance mod though, your LEDs don't look bright at all. @BCeltics: Enough of the offtopic dude, you can PM me if you want to talk.
  4. Go for a quadcore with at least 4GB ram and a decent video card.
  5. Nice screens Dodo. Did you edit the motion blur effect in afterwards or is that made by the game?
  6. A feature called "Edit post" - Especially useful in deleting disrespectful post and making members who answer to them look like fools. ;)
  7. @BCeltics: Can you try not to bash every person because of their opinions? It's his decision to release it or not. Your post just seems plain ignorant. Try working on your attitude towards other members of the board. on topic: That skin looks nice, although I'm not that big of a fan of non-LCPD/NYPD skins in Liberty City. So you work for Activison as Quality Assurance Tester? Is that like a game tester? Cool job.
  8. Nice creation, though, too much wood. Try comining it with some smooth stone or cobble. (but if you use cobble, try not to use too much of it)
  9. You could use SNT to spawn objects and build yourself a mansion. It only requires a bit of patience and the Simple Native Trainer :)
  10. Use ELSv5 or turn SP AI off in the ELSv6 settings.
  11. Charger and Crown Vic are Alaska State Trooper / Alderney State Trooper from GPM. His skins are selfmade. His ELS is v6.
  12. Download the Automatic Installer, follow the instructions on the screen. Start GTA IV. Done.
  13. Okay, close it then.
  14. More screeens:
  15. We could use this thread to post random screenshots. Here some screens from when I raided 2 gun shops in Liberty City - Cleaning up the city and stuff. 5 Criminals were shot during the raids, 2 injured and 1 arrested.
  16. Auxiliary and Traffic Enforcement skins for Lt.Caine's LCPD CVPI. Skins base on his default skin. Car: here. (GPM is down - I don't have the original archive with the readme, maybe Lt.Caine can upload a mirror) Skin: here. EDIT: Lt.Caine gave me permission to modify his skin.
  17. Get Support seriously.
  18. FFS! You $%&§?!!% !!
  19. are you gonna buy it? or why do you have to tell us? :)
  20. I'm not gonna talk german here with you for the simple reason that I want the other people to understand what I'm saying. That's a screen from the folder, I downloaded the car database some days ago. That's all the cars that come close to what you want or are actually the cars that you want. If the skin doesn't fit, do one quickly; LCPD/NYPD skins take literally 10 minutes to make. If you're not able to, ask someone from the forums here to help you, we got some good texturers here. For the rest of the cars you may have to write to the author of the video or just use google more intensively. There is a NYPD CVPI (no-els) on gtainside.de btw, yep, google.
  21. EDIT: Forget it - There are like 2 - 3 cars from the video in there. Take it if you want it, if not, then don't. I'm not gonna extract and repack them.
  22. Some of them are probably here: http://www.multiupload.com/EEMWY6GEWR Might be worth a try.
  23. Did you replace the files in the correct image file?
