If you want realism just get the bleed heal-mod, set the threshold to 50 or 60 and there is your realism. Hardcore mode just makes the AI be deadly, like giving you headshots more frequently and shooting a bit more intelligently.

if it only says paintjob with no number I can't promise it'll work, but try renaming it to paintjob_1 and the others to paintjob_2 etc... If that doesn't work you probably can't have more liveries, but feel free to correct me if i'M wrong, I'd like to know if its possible too.

if the name of the skin ends on a number, for example 1, then just import the other skins and give them the respective numbers: 2, 3 and 4. If it doesn't have a number it won't work.

You can't just simply copy a skin from one model to a different one. There is tons of stuff you need to consider, like mapping. Basically no car will work with the livery of a completely different model, you always have to adapt it to the new car. Also, what you did was probably replacing the .wtd, which makes the game load a file which doesnt contain the textures needed for the model, thus making it appear white. If you want a skin adapted, just ask one of the members to do it.

The devs will choose the right people.

Well it is fun, but to the same grade it's also work to report bugs; and the Alpha barely has new features, but many great things on which new features can build up.
