  1. *facepalm* It's called Panamera. Mine would be an BMW M5 E61 or BMW M5 F10
  2. In Germany we have the BPol - Bundespolizei for National crimes. For stuff that happens in each individual state, the state police is responsible (which includes every police department in the state).
  3. Never happened to me... it's probably because I often don't eat breakfast D:
  4. Hardware issue. GTA IV is experiencing a memory leak - which results in the VRAM getting full (afaik). You can fix that by making a commandline.txt in GTA IV's root directory and putting one of the lines from this thread in there, it helped me when I had memory leakage. Another option would be to disable some visual settings in GTA IV, to give it more available vram.
  5. Just to say it again, the NoDVD launcher by Securom only works if you have an original key.
  6. Or just use GTA IV's default siren lol.

No because you haven't read the ini :) And the fact that they leave policecars standing around, is because you use AI ELS.
  8. I got tired of the Federal Signal Smart Siren, so I decided to get the rumbler version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vmq3j1wJPr0 Download EDIT: How do I embedd videos on the new forum? Nvmd, I think I managed to.

    tasteless joke, mate.
  10. Nicely read, hasn't got anything to do with OP's problem though. @OP: Since 0.95 the pursuit statistics are bugging around, I think they stopped working. Jay told me that he will investigate it at a later point in time.
  11. Bro, you need to change browser. MOD EDIT: LOL BREAK USES CHROMIUM SO HAS NO RITE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT OTHERS' BROWSER CHOICE LOLOLOL
  12. You could try using SecuRom's NoDVD exe. (No it's not piracy, it requires you to have a legit DVD-Key)
  13. I don't get crashes using them both.
  14. 15. TF to spawn responding emergency vehicles and vehicles that are common and nice to stop. TCS to spawn every vehicle in GTA IV.
  16. did you even read the first post? XD
  17. My recommendation: Traffic Control System V1 + Traffic Flow V5R2 That's probably the best anti-taxi-bug fix you can get
  18. I removed your -1 :) You're at 0 now. Steam doesn't have EM4, afaik, just try some random online stores, Amazon might have it.
  19. You disarm by tazing or bean-gunning in 0.95 afaik.
  20. GTApolicemods.com -> Downloads -> GTA IV -> Sponsored Downloads -> Bxbugs123 I saw that car there.
  21. I'd recommend before starting to mod ANYTHING, make a copy of the whole vanilla GTA IV folder, this way you don't have to worry about not having backups.
  22. Check the hub, mate.
  23. ELS is supposed to be used with ELS enabled cars, not the default cars. Disable the default cars in the ELS.ini.
