It's almost impossible to get +10 units in a pursuit without calling backup. Even calling backup its still difficult to achieve 10 units, without spamming. This is due to the fact that its limited to 15 units per pursuit, including helicopters and units further away. If Im in a pursuit, I usually get 4-5 units to join in, if more join, I usually loose them within a time of 30 secs. So I really don't know what the problem with your game is.

I don't think more than 7-8 untis join, since it's limited. Once you reach a number of cars it doesn't go past that, and even if you spam backup you won't get more than 10 cars. So either stop using a Intel Pentium II and Windows 98, unmod police1 and police2 or do this. But don't ask the devs to, since it's not their problem if you mod the game. As said, LCPD:FR is supposed to run on a vanilla version of the game and just to tell you that it works, my fps never drops more than 1-2 fps in a chase with maximum car ammount and police1 and police2 are low-poly non-els mods.

Sniper speaks the truth ^^ Now a way to get around that is making the AI use as little high-poly mods as possible. Which means that you should always keep police1 and police2 default cars for the purposes of having lag and crash-free pursuits. It's what I do and it works.

Nah. Overclocked GPU, especially if theyre overclocked by manufacturers generally perform bettern than user overclocked cards (safety wise). I'd rather pay 20€ and have it overclocked properly, than do it myself, fry the card and later not even get a refund, for causing the damage myself.

A Dualcore? If it's recent enough it will (most probably). Good clockspeed. EDIT: Why should he go with a GTS450 (which isn't high-end), if he can afford an overclocked 460 XD

That's from EVGA, but also overclocked, just like the Zotac, so that seems like a good thing. And yeah it's the graphics card I was referring to, just from another manufacturer ^^

That HDD looks good to me. Samsung is a good manufacturer. I'd say go for it.

Usually a higher-end Graphics card goes for 200-300. That's my recommendation for you: Zotac GeForce GTX 460 AMP! (Overclocked) 152 GBP Western Digital Scorpio Blue 500 GB HDD 42 GBP ________________________________________ Total 194 GBP ~ 222€ That's how the 460 compares to the other High-End models from nvidia. But it's the best nvidia graphics card you can get for the money and should be able to run GTA IV on high settings without problems

You shoo away peds and nearby drivers. They will get out of their car and start running, very useful for shootouts.

Finding the Fonts, the right colors and the logos is the essential work a skinner has to do. If I'd get those things for every livery I make, i'd be a happy man.
