I use facebook simply because it's worse not to have one. If you don't have a facebook you can't control what people that know you put up about you, which might lead to bad awakenings when looking for a job etc. That's why I have a facebook, I don't use it too much, but I check regularily and keep my photos clean and so on. Just to not have some negative presence in the internet when I go looking for jobs in a year.

Pursuit statistics are bugged since 0.95 - Jay said he will take a look at it in the near future. Until then, please have patience.

The i7 is overrated. The real high-end versions of the i7 series can't be used to the fullest just yet anyways and the medium and low versions of the series are just immensly overpriced. Furthermore I don't see why he should drop down to the GTX 560 Ti, (if that's what you're saying) I don't see a problem with the 580. AMD's Bulldozer specs are known btw, I saw a benchmark on some german computer magazine. Afaik it beats the i7 clearly in power and surely it will too in price; once it comes out Intel will have to drop the prices for their higher end i7's to keep them marketable; so if you can wait, definitely wait - disregarding if you want an i7 or a Bulldozer. Also, the 800W PSU is fine, it's always better to have a bit more than needed, after all then he won't need to buy another PSU if he ever upgrades. Thats partially correct, Office Starter is somewhat of a crapware, you get Excel and Word, but only with basic functions. It's something Microsoft has to get you to buy their full software. My mom has it too on her manufacturer pre-build computer, fortunately, I had a copy of office around which I could install :)

It's F4 afaik, but it only works on 0.95 - Maybe it was removed already. I think they use a backup limiter and not a remover anymore.

Sadly enough (or happily enough - depends how you see it) a lot of CoD players are coming over recently. I'm seeing more and more "quickscoper" and tubers lately, things that come from CoD. When I ask one of these quickscopers (which I call sh#tscopers in BC2, since quickscoping doesn't really work out) why he tries to quickscope, he replied that it's his gaming style and that he had switched from Black Ops 4 weeks ago. >.<

I don't think you need an i7 to multitask and I wouldn't get the i7-2600K unless you want to overclock, since the 2600K is an unlocked processor. If you have time, wait for AMD's Bulldozer, which is going to come out in 2-3 Months, you'll get tons of power for reasonable money. As far as the graphics card is concerned, I don't like ATI, like I said multiple times already. But that can just be thing of taste.

Let me explain that. The BPol is a police force in Germany that operates on National level. The regular police forces in germany operate on state level. You have one police for each state. Those then have their different sub-agencies, like the KriPo and BePo and so on.
