go to \Rockstar Games\EFLC\TBoGT\common\data\carcols.dat and change police4, 69,69,35, to police4, 113,113,113, That should remove any pearl effect and just make the car appear white.

You don't really need another HDD for Fraps, but you do need to set down your GTA IV settings most of the time, since Fraps needs a lot of RAM/Processing power/HDD access.

Looks normal to me, just GTA IV's derpstyle rendering. Just drive closer to it and it'll render properly. It's probably because you haven't got that fast of a gaming computer (actually a laptop) Also, please watch the doubleposts, next time I'm gonna start merging.

It's because running big scripts like LCPD:FR also consumes memory :)

Game is running out of vram -> memory leakage. Means, either go down with your settings, or use commandline.txt and memrestrict

If it only works with xliveless, you have one of two problems: - You use a crack (in which case I'll close) - You need to update your GFWL client
