Doesn't seem that interesting to me, tbh. If it was about everything concerning policework, pursuits, callouts, etc... it would be much better than just shooting up the baddies that are robbing a bank.

Indeed you're right, that's LCPDFR and GTA IV fighting over a wantinglevel, GTA IV tries to add it, (since you're in an area which adds wanted level) and LCPDFR tries to keep it 0. I don't think there's a way to fix it.

@OP: Nice video, Minecraft can be quite a bit frustrating, however, what is your problem with Tundra and Flatland biomes? EDIT: Is it just me or did the video turn black half way through? Looks like your Fraps codec failed while rendering, there.

SMPA60 errors are not caused by LCPDFR. Either do a clean installation of GTA IV or ask your question in GTA IV Support.
