  1. It does, there are tutorials out there on how to. I myself use GTA:SA for steam and I have it downgraded to 1.0 for SAMP.
  2. I like the livery, love the blue, but the "bubble" just goes on my nerves. I respect that they follow their tradition, but there's a reason why 95% of the departments upgraded to lightbars decades ago. What I'm really curious about, though, is the sign on the hood, what is that good for?
  3. I think there's some like that already.
  4. Run the installer as admin and remove the read-only properties from your GTA IV folder.
  5. For me it shows data. You have 4 pursuits, 11 arrests and 7 citations issued.

  7. Because Lamborghini's are included in games like Need For Speed, from which you can convert cars easily and with no cost and Caprices aren't.
  8. Sounds like memory leakage or something. Maybe your PC isn't that good. Anyways, instead of restarting, next time, press the key left to 1 on your keyboard. Then enter reloadscripts and hit enter

  10. Yes. You can even go to your crime stats and see how it's recording. (might take a while to take effect after you play)
  11. Use no link. Just install LCPDFR and specify as path ...SteamsteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto IV instead of ...Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV EDIT: @Tom H: he's getting confused with your signature.
  12. That's a problem with your computer or car mods, not LCPDFR.
  13. No offense, but I hate MSP cars, just seeing that giant red "rotary" makes me rage each time. Nonetheless nice work by EVI and Bugs.
  14. must be you, works fine for me.

  16. If you have those running, you have an asiloader. Check your GTA IV directory for dsound.dll. Also, please don't hijack threads :)

You need to install it to the proper directory in order for it to work.

  19. PM the author of the mod. Don't PM Sam or make a thread.
  20. 1. Our mod has absolutely nothing to do with it, if your car mods aren't working. 2. Don't use caps lock, it implies you're shouting in our face, which makes you look like a jerk to us. 3. Since this is not an LCPDFR problem, I will move this thread to GTA IV support.
  21. You have very weird computers my friend. Either they you didn't use an admin account on either of them, or you just didn't apply the new settings. Worked for me on first try.
  22. I've own a GTS 250 (Zotac) and an ENGTX 570 (ASUS); and they never failed me. Whereas my friend is constantly complaining about his crossfire Radeons. I also own an AMD CPU, nevertheless, there is no sense denying that nvidia cards are superior; most people will confirm that aswell.
  23. That's the building I'm referring to. EDIT: After some research, it turns out NB is right, that's indeed the City Hall. EDIT2: After some further research, I've found on several websites, that apparently this (pic below) is the courthouse. It's located in Broker, just off the highway coming from Algonquin.
