Nah there's no release date set yet, we're working on it though. All I can say is, that it will be done, when it's done. -
Having trailers atm is not possible, afaik. But seeing what we can achieve nowadays with scripting, it might be possible some day.

Also: I love traffic jams in GTA IV, because it makes responding Code 3 more challenging, rather than just being able to run every intersection full speed, you have to use your siren and actually "fight" your way through the intersections (which are often blocked with cars turning etc..

When I was using all NYPD cars, I was using this siren: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVVUiiX8u70 http://www.mediafire.com/?n1u2jfgq4w91dw0 It doesn't have a rumbler, but it's really good nonetheless. As for a Rumbler siren, I used this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vmq3j1wJPr0 However, I can't find the download for it anymore.

The NYPD uses the Federal Signal SS2000 SmartSiren, there are quite a few on the internet. We also have one with Rumbler on the site.

I use Real Traffic, it seems to work better than More Liberty for me. If you put the traffic density up to 100 and use this mod, you will get bumper to bumper traffic.
