  1. Totes agree with you here mate, but from what I've seen after lurking on the forums is that the OP is apparently very keen to blame everything that is happening on the BLM movement, so I doubt you'll ever convince him =/
  2. Nice, I love european police cars, they are simple and it works! :)
  3. Shaders and PostFX options should be set to high or above :)
  4. I always thought it was just the color texture that changed the color, when it comes to LED lightbars at least...
  5. You can replace any vehicle in the game with any model here. If you want to put a Lamborghini in the police, police2, police3, police4 slots or any other slot of the game, you can. :)
  6. You can use the search bar to find this all by yourself, you know... =/
  7. Maybe you should check the forums before ranting on modders... :)
  8. The problem could also be related with a modified visualsettings.dat file, or any graphic enhancement file that could alter emergency light in any way :)
  9. Oh there is, I took a screenshot of it It's literally on the download page of the model, as well as in the download folder of said model. You have to read everything! :) Bxbugs123 is a talented modeler, he wouldn't overlook something such as extra spawning :)
  10. Through a trainer, or by modifying the vehicles.meta file, which I'm sure is indicated in the readme file of the car you installed :)
  11. I must say, I am disturbed by your logic, friend. You say: But on your first post, you said: Dunno for others, but to me it pretty much sounds like you were directly blaming them when you actually had no reliable information whatsoever to do so. =/
  12. The Vice City livery looks quite similar to the one that can be found here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/vice-city-police-department-vintage-skin-pack Is it taken from that guy? I think credits should be updated :)
Now that's what I call a quality pack! I've waited for so long for someone to release a RCMP pack that covered multiple vehicles, and finally, it arrived!
  13. Keep calm has a huge drawback performance wise on many systems, so this file modification is more than welcome for most people :)
  14. Yes, but you'd have to change the red/blue textures by copying the blue texture and placing it on top of the red before deleting the red texture from the inferior layer using any picture modifying software, and you'd also have to use a visualsettings.dat file that removes the red/blue coronoas so they don't interfere with the LED flashes. Search bar, my friend, this question has been asked a lot of times already :)
  15. That's because you removed all the liveries in the .ytd file, my friend, you have to at least leave one livery for the game to load the texture with the car :)
  16. Yes, there a persistence mod, you should use that search bar on the top right :)
  17. Those are issues with the model itself, not the lines, having police2 lines won't solve them :)
  18. Your PC probably can't handle high poly vehicles, try to find cars with a light weight, or stick to vanilla cars =/
  19. Follow this guide, and all your car mods will work perfectly :)
  20. You don't need a video, dude, just read, and you'll understand what you need to know so you can do it all by yourself like a big guy! :)
  21. Just wanna say, what you're looking for was pinned on top of the very page you should have posted your thread in
  22. Just rename the .ytd and .ytf files you want to use to crusader, install it in the latest patchday folder, and add the carvariation lines in an existing carvariation file As for the vehicles.meta file, it's like ALL the other base cars in the game, located in update/update.rpf/common/data/level/gta5
