  1. I'd refrain from using mod manager if I were you! You should keep track of what you install in what and with what, don't let a software do this for you! :)

Heya there peeps! First upload from myself, so don't judge too hard! So, to explain it briefly, I love Canada. Like, I loooove it! It's such a cool country with cool people in it and cool police cars too! But when I played LSPDFR with Canadian police cars, I was disturbed by the sight of those California-based San Andreas license plates... So I decided to put Canadian license plates in my game, and I was so happy with the result that I decided to release them so other people loving Canada can play with them too! Here is the list of the provinces I have made: Alberta (old style) Alberta (recent style) British Columbia (old style) British Columbia (recent style) Ontario Québec And a fantasy police plate for the SA Exempt one, so it will be harmonious with the rest! You can check all of them in the screenshots! Oh, also, I have put a vehshare.ytd file in it, that has the Albert old style, British Columbia old style, Ontario, Québec and Police plates pre-installed, for people not wanting to bother with the installation, but if you want other plates from my pack, I have also provided the individual files, so you can change and replace whatever you like! Hope you'll enjoy it, ta-ta!
  2. Well yes, but I believe that, as I've seen someone mentioning it earlier in this very thread, it is better to just quit the EU as it is and rebuild it from the start, because the EU as it is has too many sticks to put in the wheels of people truly willing to change it! :) Leaving the EU as it is doesn't mean leaving Europe, unity can still be here (many countries have strong tights with, let's say, us in the US, and yet we're not in the EU!), and leaving the EU doesn't mean people are too lazy to change, I believe it actually is a very courageous choice!
  3. I would refrain from taking conclusions too fast personally, it seemed like the french government itself is stalling on whether it was indeed a terrorist attack or a madman mass murder, their prime minister said he was an integrist islamic man, but the intern security minister said he wasn't. And ISIS is known to take credit for stuff they actually didn't do, like the recent crash of the Egypt Air plane!
  4. I would also like to mention that just because those people complaining are young, doesn't mean their votes matter more than the elder british people! :) Sure, they technically will be affected more on the long term (be it in a positive or negative way, they don't really seem to know, nor do they seem to care), but the elders at least have the experience and history behind them: they can compare how the UK was before they joined the EU, and after they did it, since they lived for that long, and thus can take the conclusions in, in my opinion, better way than the youth that was pretty much a little brainwashed by the history books praising the EU! :)
  5. I start wondering if that whole thing wasn't made up by Erdogan just to reinforce his grasp over the country... As a 'happy' coincidence he wasn't there when the coup was attempted, and as a 'happy' coincidence he still had a massive reserve of soldiers to retaliate fiercely... It all seems a bit weird... :(
  6. 60 dead and 1.100 injured the news say. Not as bad as I expected it to be. Apparently Erdogan is still in place, the turkish government retaliated with bombing. :(
  7. I actually wouldn't blame the kurds if they attempted something, they have been persecuted so much, by the turkish government on one side, and by ISIS on the other, they were literally one of the most fighting frontlines against those mad people... :(
  8. Yeah, but no, democracy doesn't work like that Just because you think you can guess the result, doesn't mean it will indeed be the result, that referendum is the proof of it. Voting right is one of the most important duties we have, and if they felt like it wasn't needed, well then maybe they don't deserve the right to vote at all... People died for us to have this right, and they disregarded it, I find it very amusing and silly that they dare complain now! :) They should have moved their bum to the voting offices that day, instead of taking selfies for their instagram account or complain on Twitter about how complicated their lives are
  9. I have seen this argument thrown a lot on the table from the very morning following the referendum... but it's actually not true! Actually, not in the way most people present it It is true that most people between 18 and 34 years old are greatly favourable to the UK remaining in the European Union... but most medias forget to talk about the abstention! Indeed, many young people wanted to stay in the EU, but guess what... Only 36% of them went to vote to this referendum! While 81% of the 55+ years old bothered going to vote and make their voice be heard. So, sure, the youth was favourable to remain... but it is their fault in the first place that this happened, because they thought they didn't have to bother going to vote! Voting is important, and this youth apparently did not understand it, so in my opinion, they deserve the result they got
  10. I've been to Nice a couple times during my trips in France, and it saddens me greatly to see such a friendly people being struck so many times by the terrorist madness... :( My thoughts go to France, stay strong!
  11. I don't really see the use of knowing who downloaded what, personally
  12. Yeah, but GTA IV was happening in Liberty City, a reproduction of New York City, and the SS2000 Rumbler is a very specific siren that is not that spreadly used other than in NYC, so since GTA V is happening in Los Santos, it's understandable that there are less of them... :)
  13. That's a bit disrespectful towards those people who worked and tried to make that siren in the game... :(
  14. It's pretty rare that vehicle mods require handling changes, so that's out of the list! For the rest... considering the way the emergency lights are working in GTA V, you'll most of the time have to change the carvariation.meta lines, you'll have to provide this small extra effort I'm afraid :(
  15. /!\ THE NEW PATCH FOLDER TO INSTALL THE CARS IN IS PATCHDAY11G /!\ Figured I'd signal it, since the original poster apparently got banned for some reason :(
  16. You should follow this guide, it helped me so much to understand how the whole car mod installation works! :)
  17. Rockstar most likely patched RPH functionalities again, nothing to do besides being patient :(
  18. Rockstar probably patched that Ragehook option, you'll have to be patient :(
  19. If you have trouble with car mods, I suggest you read this guide, it helped me so much understanding how the whole thing works! :)
  20. You have to get Zmodeler and follow some tutorials to get started! :) But be aware that it is a bit time consuming and really not easy :(
  21. I suppose you meant with hubcaps, because steelies are visible wheels, and hubcaps are the plastic cover on it! :) Either way, why not simply installing the skin on the car you want instead? :)
