Just like they are individual minds in Palestine really, they're not all extremists following Hamas leaders like puppets. There are many civilians who are unjustifiably oppressed by Israel. My concern lies more in the Israeli government being unable to respect the borders they were given in 1947 and kept building settlements to the point they reduced palestinian territory in small ghettos. And we all know that ghettos are not making things any better. :) Along many other small things that really don't make Israel a sympathetic or allied country in my eyes. Like purposefully blocking humanitarian aids (like water and food) from non-governmental organizations to palestinian towns. That's just downright horrible, and actually a violation of many treaties. But because it's Israel, no one says anything, they are exempt of any lecture or punishment :(

I condemn terrorists on both sides. And they are in both Palestine and Israel :) Palestine because they do have extremists (even though they are a minority) Israel because they retaliate way too hard and bomb innocent civilian positions and take civilians in hostage by attacking the power plants and water plants and the like. I just wish Israel stopped expanding over and over. Why do they need so many settlements? They were given a large land already, and they have taken much more without anyone's authorization (literally annexation), why would they need more again? Let palestinian people live too, Israel is just persecuting people like they were persecuted in the past, and it's sad they don't see the dark irony of their actions :(

There's no real "best way" in my opinion. And you won't be able to play LSPDFR online on the official online GTA servers, or you'll get banned, no matter the version of the game you get :)

Both versions can be modded, you probably were doing something wrong :) It really depends on your personal preference, with the retail version you have to bother with the whole installation but you are safe from downloading the 65+GB of data if you need to reinstall the game for a reason or another, with the Steam version you won't have to bother with 7 installation DVDs and the box coming with it but if you need to reinstall the game you'll have to redownload everything again, and 65GB can be pretty long for some people :)

I'm using basic Chrome with AdBlock as well and I don't have a single problem, you might want to consider that the problem is on your side :) Besides, this website is free as it was said, just like the many, many mods on it with people spending their free time to provide us with nice things we don't have to pay for, all that because (thanks to) advertisement. I'm not a big fan of it either, I'm using AdBlock, but I won't complain if one day I see an ad slipping through, it's not that much of a big deal really :)

First, you shouldn't put a .txt file to download, just copy/paste what's inside and put it between spoiler banners so it doesn't take two hours to scroll down :) Then, well, if it doesn't work anymore... It's on you really, you should always use a mods folder to mod your game so you don't need to keep back-ups (even if it's still recommended just in case), if you can't find out what's causing this, use the repair installation (for retail version) or file verification or whatever it's called (for steam version), and if not working still, reinstallation. Good luck :)

If you don't want to bother reading through this, then you will never learn how to mod your game properly and safely. Read this guide, and you will have all the tools and knowledge to understand everything you need to solve all your problems. People here take some of their free time to write those guides, the least you can do is to devote five minutes of yours to read through it :)

There's a little search bar up there on the top right of this very website, my friendly suggestion is that you use this fantastic tool to look for said texture packs, because we are not you and cannot decide for you what is good and what is not. Happy searching :)

I'll start off by saying that I didn't like any of those two candidates. I voted Bernie Sanders for the democrats nominee, and I still stand by my choice. Clinton is a criminal and war-mongerer, Trump is an idiot that has not the slightest idea about how politics work. Neither of them were fitting for the presidency. Clinton had most of her campaign paid by Wall Street, Trump claims he'll be an anti-system candidate but keeps coming back on his campaign promises as days unfold, just like everyone else. But out of Clinton and Trump, I hate Trump the most. He's mysogynist, homophobic, disrespectful to most people, he thinks climate change is bullshit (went as far as accusing the chinese to have made it up), and many other things that would take me days to list. This guy doesn't make sense. He's inconsistent, has absolutely no knowledge in world economy or in diplomacy. One day he says he likes red, the day after he'll say he hates it. One day he says his wall will cost 4 billions, the day after it becomes 10 billions. He has no clue of what a president is, nor does he have any idea of what being a political figure is. He has been elected on lies, abrasive statements and political incorrectness rather than his capabilities and experience to lead a country, state, county or even the slightest meaningful thing. No, leading a business is not the same. At all. As much as I dislike Clinton, at least she had the experience, both from her husband and her career, to lead a country towards a, if not good, at least correct direction. Now we got Trump, who's mocked by half the world, turned into memes by the another quarter, we have a man who says he'll grab women by the p*ssy that will be representing us, american citizens, in foreign relations. Good choice, without a doubt. It'll clearly make foreign populations have a much better image of our country. Wait & see as they say, but I'm not delusional. I expect horrible things to happen, for the poorest people of this country, the ones who are forgotten by everyone or looked down upon, the LGBT communities, the minorities, or anyone who came to disagree with him. Now, onwards with a point that I thought deserved a little more discussion: Without changing the electoral college system, it could be reworked. The 'winner-takes-all' rule makes little to no sense. Each state has a set number of delegates, why not divide them between the two candidates depending on the % of votes they got? It would be clearly more fair. Let's say a state has 20 delegates, one candidate gets 60% of the votes, the other gets 40%. Instead of having the 20 delegates going the one candidate with the bigger score, there could be 12 delegates going to the candidate with 60%, and 8 to the candidate with 40%. On top of being more fair, it would be much much more representative of the actual population and its political views.

I personally think it's not okay. Even if they can't be contacted, it's still their work, and if you can't have their authorization, well...

Install the model in the latest patchday folder and it'll work :)

I typed "problem lightbar" (which is exactly what it is) in the search bar, and guess what, the guide I linked that would have solved his problem while explaining him the main info he needs to mod his game safely was the third result :) Really, the search bar is a fantastic tool, if you actually bother using it :)

There's nothing to do about it, you're just running out of memory so the game can't load the textures anymore, rebooting the game is the only way to fix it, along with lowering your graphic settings to not overload your system :)

By making sure your RPH and scripthook are up to date, and by installing the mods you want at the right locations, following the readme files modders kindly provide. If it crashes, that means you're doing something wrong :)

The joys of an indirect suffrage. Doesn't matter if your percentage of popular vote is higher than your opponent, the 'winner-take-all' rule coupled to that indirect suffrage ruins everything. I don't call that a democracy personally, but hey, what can you do about it, politics is politics, they'd prefer to defend their seat rather than defend their people.
